Keila from the Hicksville location looked out for me big time. I needed to downsize because my unit was becoming too much of an expense and also it was too much space for my belongings so Keila searched and found another unit one size down and a whole lot less expensive. She deserves a huge raise if you ask me. Super helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you again for everything!!

From the moment I stepped into the facility, the professionalism and dedication to customer service were evident. The agent I worked with displayed a remarkable level of professionalism throughout our interaction. She approached every query with a thorough understanding of the services offered, and her expertise shone through as she effortlessly addressed all my questions and concerns. Her depth of knowledge about the storage options available was truly impressive.

I have been a storage customer at this location since July 2023. I recently had to suddenly move to another storage unit on a very tight timeline for personal reasons. Keila assisted me in this and was very helpful and understanding of my predicament. I appreciated her help in my situation. It all worked out smoothly thanks to Keila’s help. Thank you!

I am looking for a new storage place as this place is raising my price by 20 dollars every 6 months. Ridiculous! Edit: They have delayed the increase for 3 months, nevertheless they are still increasing the monthly rate. Those looking for a place to store your things beware, you will be drawn in with an affordable price, but it almost seems like they dislike their long-term customers when they raise their rate by $20 every couple of months. What happened to long-term customer loyalty? Public storage seems to go the route of "let's give our customer who pay on time a reason to go somewhere else or not give us any business whatsoever." On a side note, the Store Manager was very helpful when I signed up and answered all questions I had, so this negative review is not meant for the location, but Public Storage the company. I'm no longer looking for a new storage place, I'm making the space in my house to take away business from these companies that practice this nonsense, and I encourage anyone else who can do the same to do so.

This place is a ripoff! Thats why another storage company said they have 21 of your past customers so far. How do you keep going up on storage like this? We have been here 8 and a half years and we are definitely leaving. People are nice to you until you sign on the dotted line and get your money 💰 Greed is a MF. I will say this, the young lady that works there is very nice and respectful to us all the time. Treat your customers better.

Keila is a front desk manager at Public Storage in Hicksville, New York. She is also an Angel. We run a management consulting practice where we train corporate managers for advancement. One of our clients needed two, large storage units for a project and Keila helped us coordinate and secure the units. In our view, she is a tremendous asset to Public Storage as a company. She is kind, pleasant, knowledgeable and always professional. She made a complex process simple and she made us feel good about the company. I can think of three promotions for Keila that would be very well-deserved. One, as a “Brand Ambassador” for the company as she elevates the Public Storage Brand to a level that most would not see. Second, as a Human Resource instructor, training other managers on how to properly deal with customers. I have dealt with other managers before, and she is by far the best. Thirdly, as a more senior manager / corporate executive, as she is that good. Keila would be an asset to any company she would join. I hope Public Storage sees and appreciates the tremendous talent they have in Keila or some other company may snatch her up, and that would be a huge loss to Public Storage. Absent of an immediate promotion, a genuine gesture of appreciation should be given to this wonderful woman who gives more than she gets, works with such enthusiasm, and works so hard to elevate the company and its brand.
