Brianna is such a pleasure to deal with. She has excellent customer service.An outstanding personality which is good for the company. She makes sure that the facility is clean And well maintained. She makes it a point to get to know her regular customers. Overall this location is the best out of all Public Storages.

Not only do they change their terms more often than you change your socks, but they also seem to have a knack for inventing fees out of thin air. The clown name bishop raised my rent to $124 a month now .. I really want to know how and why.. does any local government department read sees over these thieves Imagine my surprise when, despite their supposed rental terms of the 1st to the 10th of the month, I was hit with a late fee of $20 on the 7th day. Apparently, here at Public Storage, rules are just suggestions, and fees are their favorite way of squeezing every last penny out of you. I wouldn’t be shocked if they had a dartboard in the back office labeled ‘Random Fees’ just for fun. So, if you’re in the mood to be slapped with unexpected charges and treated like a cash cow, by all means, store your belongings at Public Storage. Otherwise, avoid this place like the plague. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the hard-earned cash they’ll gladly snatch from your pocket. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, anywhere but this unprofessional circus of a storage facility.”

Brianna was so awesome!! She helped me with a bunch of moving boxes bringing them out to my car and was so friendly.

I came into this location looking for more info and pricing on the units available and was greeted by Brianna at the desk. She was beyond phenomenal in answering my questions and reassuring me on some concerns I might have. She was pleasant and kind and made my experience worth it. Her knowledge and respect for customers makes me want to rent with public storage. More facilities need someone like her.

Moving is such a tumultuous process, but Brianna and her team at the public storage in Hicksville made this part of the journey smooth and easy! Brianna explained everything step by step, and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). I felt VERY comfortable with Brianna. The facility is VERY clean and I was able to purchase last minute items I needed right there- which was a huge help. Highly recommend this facility and Brianna and her team! It’s a no brainer to come here for your storage needs

Brianna was EXTREMELY helpful to us. She made sure we understood storage and the storage unit itself. It is our first time using a storage unit, so we were coming in blind. Upon arrival Brianna greeted us and told us exactly what was going to happen and when it was going to happen. She was extremely informative on what storage unit we were renting. She let us view the storage unit prior to purchasing. She answered ALL our questions with confidence and made sure we were understanding everything. We absolutely love that the place is temperature controlled. We love that the locks are on the inside so there is no way to cut our lock off. The place is extremely secure which is also a PLUS (cameras everywhere, coded entry, maps). And the place is IMMACULATE! It is SO clean! Which I honestly wasn’t expecting so that was a big plus. We love that they have carts to use and you can also purchase anything needed (tape, bubble wrap, boxes) right there. With all that plus an unbeatable deal/price, we DEFINITELY recommend this storage business to anyone needing one. Brianna is an asset to this company and she is 100% our main reason for making this purchase. With her there, we feel secure, comfortable and confident that our stuff is safe and important to the company.

The office staff was very nice. The facility was clean and the hallways were well lit but the unit I had was dark. I had furniture in there for three years and when I went to remove it everything was covered with mold - even furniture I had in plastic bags. It might be temperature controlled but it's not humidity controlled.

Briana is always helpful, welcoming, courteous and professional. I do recommend the facility with her expertise.

The Staff works extremely hard in keeping the location clean. Pricing is very high, compared to others near by, do your research! Brianna is a bit ABRASIVE!

I did not anticipate having to store all our house possessions on short notice. Of course, this happened at the most inconvenient of times with many unexpected expenses. Having never used a storage unit before, I was apprehensive about the logistics and cost of a storage unit. I overall expected to be another nameless client of a large corporation doing its best to separate me from my hard-earned money. I was wrong. Public Storage on S Oyster Bay Road in Hicksville was - strangely enough - a highlight of my moving mini-odyssey. Brianna, the property manager, was there every step of the way, stepping in seemingly magically whenever I found myself at decision trees where I needed advice. When in a moment of doubt, I reserved a second unit through the call center, she immediately called me from the office and checked in with me to make sure I did not get a unit I didn't need - turns out I didn't. She has excellent communication skills. She made sure that she understood the customer's needs and tailored her approach to address those needs. She is quick, efficient, informed and honest. She made quick assessments that helped me in quick decision making. She gave excellent advice for packing delicate artwork. This made me trust her and her judgment and made me willing to buy packing material from the on-site store, which is something that I never do. I knew that I was buying only what I needed and not wasting money. I was so impressed with her professionalism, hard work, excellent communication skills, but above all her ability to plan ahead and anticipate. Not only would she anticipate issues, she would proactively solve them and help out behind the scenes stealthily - and likely not even tell you. I have worked with hundreds of people and Brianna is definitely someone a cut above - someone you remember because she is so obviously competent, excellent at communication, and with evident leadership-potential. I hope Public Storage provides her with opportunities and career development commensurate with her extraordinary abilities. I will be recommending this location and recommending Public Storage.

How to say, we have gone to several different storage units and we were originally supposed to be at another storage unit public storage another town but your manager decided to take the weekend off. So with that don’t remember the actual location I went to we came to this location and that’s when we met Brianna and Kyle have to say our experience here so far has been phenomenal. The place is always clean. The bathrooms are always sparkling. Surprisingly because you got other places, u wind up walking thru piss. Brianna and Carla always both courteous, kind and always happy to see you no matter what kind of day they r having. I have to say it’s been a pleasure being a customer here so far. EDIT REVIEW: I have been using a storage room at this location for about 2 years now. Around a year ago we met with a manager named Brianna… Not only is her smile extremely contagious but the property truly has never looked better. She goes out of her way every single time for us and always smiles and waves to greet us when we enter.. even if she is assisting other customers she makes sure to take that 2 seconds to acknowledge my wife and I. Thank you Brianna not only for being a sweet heart every single time we come to this location but also for keeping this location literally SPOTLESS. It’s truly a wonderful thing to see an employee care so much about not only just her customers but about how clean the location itself is as well.

I am exploring options for self storage and visited Public Storage at 800 South Oyster Bay Road, Plainview. I was greeted by Brianna, the property manager, who gave us a tour of the sparkling clean facility and patiently provided all the information that we needed. Brianna is a great ambassador for Public Storage - was very impressed.

I just rent a Storage, and I been dealing with Briana. She’s a wonderful and great manager. She’s was very patience with me doing all the papers and very respectful to me to and to my family!

Unfortunately my experience with this particular storage location was horrible. Hicksville NY on South Oyster bay rd. I left several messages for the district manager of this location and never got a response back. My “climate control” unit had a leak in it. Some of my personal items were damaged and after 5 messages to district manager for over a month without a response I had no choice to remove my items as is. After years of paying for my unit. Do not take a corner unit. I am most unsatisfied with the lack of customer service being provided here. Even after finding the damage, I had to extend my stay in the unit for a month, not only to correct it and clean up but in hopes of Danny calling back. So many items that are not replaceable had to be discarded.
