DAWN IS Very professional AND HELPFUL.

Dawn was extremely helpful and very polite. My unit was improperly secured and she called to let me know how to fix it. She was a huge help!

The manager here is absolutely horrible. She cursed out me and my friend for no reason whatsoever because we were having trouble getting our unit unlocked. Very rude people here and you cannot get good help. The only people who will try and help you are the security guards and they are not apart of public storage. Will never have a unit here ever again.

Stay away company will try and take advantage of you. They will get you in at one price and keep raising your a rate. Mine has doubled in the past 4 years. Dealing w corporate is a joke. They advertise units at half the price they are trying to charge me

I feel 100% safe leaving my off season items here. It's always clean and always well lit. Just don't forget they close at 9pm like I did🤪

My girlfriend and i about to move in together and really wasnt sure if I wanted to use storage or keep my boxes in our new house while we set up each room. I spoke with dawn about our situation and she was really helpful in determining the right size I need. If she didnt, I wouldve said yes to a unit that would be too small for our needs since now we have double the amount of stuff to put together with limited space. So she was knowledgable which was really helpful, when she showed me the unit, which was perfect and clean. I'm definitely going to reccomend anyone I know to go to Dawn's public storsge.

Excellent employees, very kind and manager is the best. Unfortunately however, corporate conducts shady business. I was bait and switched. A 5' x 5' x 10' unit has 2 pipes blocking a lot of unit space. $35 the first month, then $65 and at the end, I was paying over $100 per month with last-minute increase notices. I would not recommend Public Storage.

Came here last minute when I need a place to store my belongings and by far the best experience I’ve had renting. Walked in to rent a unit and immediately was greeted by BOB at the front desk. Very friendly guy who made sure I fully understood what I was getting and didn’t try forcing me to buy anything beyond the unit. Bob is the man keeps you laughing while you’re filing out the paperwork and is willing to make sure you leave out with no doubts or questions.

Ive used this public storage for many years on and off but everytime I need a unit, the sign up is quick, the service is great, and my move in is smooth and painless. Wouldnt want to store anywhere else.

I've been back and forth all over the country, and this is NOT my first time at the storage unit rodeo, but it has so far been the BEST experience I have had to date. Bob is amazing... personable, friendly, professional, took his time to get to know me, and what my storage needs are. Explained everything that I would be charged for, and what to expect the next few billing cycles. Showed me the unit, was EXACTLY what I needed. I've been back a few times to start loading up the space, and Bob is always there with a smile, a "hello" and a great attitude. You can't not be in a good mood there. As far as the facility goes, it's clean, well lit, and easy to maneuver around. Basically everything you could ask for in a storage unit. It's not supposed to be a 5-star hotel. I haven't been there late at night or after hours for any reason yet, but I can't imagine that I would feel any less safe storing my things there than I do now.

Bobby and Jus are very customer oriented. Was really disappointed with the recent price increase, but will stick around since the office staff are better than my experience at another facility. Any higher increase and I'll consider shopping around. UPDATE: Down from 5 Stars. I'm really upset with Public Storage's constant and unfair rate increases. There's no customer reward or loyalty. Any time I notified them about other places being more competitive, they told me there's nothing that can be done with their expensive prices. I was with Pub-Sto for many YEARS! Dolly carts are chained up and can only be obtained when the office is open. The middle automatic door is always broken, and the heat up on the third floor melted my 18 gallon storage bins collapsing my stacks all over the floor. At least put a heat Escape on the third floor, someone could pass out up there. Had enough -- you guys lose my business along with everyone that I recommend as well. I finally moved to EXTRA STORAGE PLACE in Hicksville. They are close by, right down 107 across from the big Lowes hardware store. Rates are way better and got a great deal on a unit with climate control. Carts are ALWAYS available in the lobby area and gate access is open until 10pm (not 9pm)! The only good thing left about Public Storage was Bob, the office manager. Really decent and good with the customers.

As you know moving is not an easy task. However, the representatives at Public Storage were amazing and easy to work with. They made my family move quick, easy and stress free. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to store your personal and important items. Bob and Zach was a delight to work with. I know I am in good hands with Public Storage of Bethpage. CB

Been a customer for about a year now. Justin and Bob are great to deal with Always a warm welcome.. always on top of the facility. Had a light out in front of the unit and was handled in a proper and timely manner. To give an idea, I drive 35 minutes to my unit and I can ensure that everything will be safe with these 2 great people working here.

Hey there, I was asked to lie about the quality of the service I received here by humble employees but I don't have to. The staff is helpful and the facility is clean and well kept. I would suggest to the higher ups to make monthly storage cheaper. Had it been more affordable I would have left my things for longer. For that reason only I gave it 3 stars.

It was fast and easy with a VERY friendly staff. I recommend them no matter what size storage you need.

I used this storage facility for the first time last week. I had a great experience. The young lady, Paige, who helped me was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She listened to my needs then suggested the right size unit for me. She set me up with the unit, a lock and explained my payment options and contract conditions. The facility is very clean and seems very secure. So far, I'm very please with my decision to use this facility for my storage needs. Joe

I haven't really used the facility yet (though it looks clean and well maintained) but went to do my paperwork this morning. Bob and Justin were very friendly and helpful and it was a very easy process. Looking forward to getting all this stuff out of my house!!

Sorry I haven't reviewed earlier but I have had computer problems. Anyway, I have had my things in storage since last year. Cliff and Justin (and Cliff while he was there) are friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The storage facility is clean and well lit.

Been using them for years. Upgraded storage size without issue.

Bob the sales person was extremely helpful. He explained everything I needed to know and seemed to very knowledgeable.
