Kimmie is the reason we decided to go with Public Storage. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

I opened a unit here for 10 minutes and then canceled it because the unit was to small they said it's 10x5 but it's actually 10x4. I called customer service and they said it would be refunded in a few days. A week went by and nothing happened. I called again and this time they said they only send refunds by check in the mail and it takes 8 weeks to receive the check. WTH? After 8 weeks now I finally got the check and it's for the wrong amount. They're now saying they're taking $29 for an admin fee for an account I opened for 10 mins, didn't use or move into. This is nonsense. I didn't buy your product. What is the administrative fee for then? Public storage is running a scam and they make it incredibly difficult to return your money and will run you around in circles to no end. The local office keeps saying they cant do anything you have to talk to customer service. Customer service keeps saying they cant do anything, when you ask for the manager, they just transfer you to the local office. This happened multiple times on multiple days. Buyer's Beware! This place has bad business practices!

I rented a space here for 10 minutes. The guy sold me on a 10x5 Unit. When I went to the unit it was realistically more like a 10x4 Unit. So I decided not to take the unit. The guy said ok we'll refund your money. I Paid $111.00. A week later I still had no refund so I called them up and then they told me they only send refunds by check, its their policy, and that takes them 8 WEEKS to process. Which is a bad business practice, they could have just canceled my transaction right there and then. Fast forward 7 weeks and I finally got my check and it is for $84. I called them up and the local office guy said he can't do anything, so he transferred me to customer service, I spoke to costomer service for 30 minutes and they told me they DO NOT REFUND The $29 Administrative Fee...for what? I canceled my transaction, I didn't buy the product you were selling, because you were lying about the size of the unit. I demanded to speak to a manager and after arguing with me for 10 minutes she finally agreed to transfer me to a manager. And then she transferred my call to the local Office, who told me they can't do anything and I have to talk to customer service again. They ran me around in circles for 8 weeks over a transaction I cancelled in 10 minutes. All for what so they can scam me out of $29? This is a bad business, and they have bad business practices to keep you running in circles. They have designed their Customer Service that way intentionally.

recently had the pleasure of interacting with Crystal at Boundary Rd Facility, and I must say, the customer service provided was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, Crystal went above and beyond to ensure that all our storage needs were met with the utmost professionalism and care. What truly stood out was her friendly demeanor and willingness to help at every step of the process. Crystal took the time to thoroughly explain all the options available, patiently answered all our questions. . I highly recommend this facility .

Public Storage in Morganville is a very good facility always clean and the customer service is excellent. Josh helped us today and he was extremely personable, attentive and very knowledgeable . Cannot say enough about the customer service received from Josh. Especially, at a time when excellent customer service is so rare. I have had very different experiences at other self storage facilities and today stood out. . I highly recommend this business. Thanks for taking care of us so well Josh!

Not worth it. Very bad experience. They are just ripoffs and robbers, stole my $141 for their own fault. Please read before renting. Don’t let the “little cheaper price than the other storage rentals” fool you. The storage units are very dirty, spider webs everywhere, they had the keys placed on the floor with the lock but didn’t even bother to clean the unit before handing it over to me. I decided not taking and left, went to CubeSmart and they were supper clean with climate control and had the units kept like brand new. I called the main office to cancel, told them the reason and they offered me that they will clean it for me, but I told them I already got another storage so the operator told me no worries you will receive a full refund. But after a week and a half of not receiving my refund, called them back, was transferred to their finance department and was told “sorry we cannot refund you after 24 hour of cancellation and that’s written in the policy”. I told the lady but it’s also written in the policy that the units will be handed over clean, not super dirty right?. She just keep repeating herself that we cannot give you refund and this is how they stole my $141😞 very disappointing

Stopped in the office about a week ago looking for a future storage space place was clean, nice and the manager there Josh was very helpful answering all my questions and showing me a unit so I could see the size in person. Will be returning tomorrow to rent a unit

Public Storage facility at Route 9 N and Route 520 in Marlboro has been the perfect place to store my house contents during my move. The experience has been made easier by a their manager Josh who does just about everything in that facility. He made a quick repair to a latch, he vacuumed and staged my unit perfectly for my move in, and keeps such a pleasant disposition throughout. He’s the type of young man that represents the business very well. Thank you Josh! I hope the owners realize that have a truly great employee watching over their storage units!

Plan ahead price goes up fast

I stopped in to pay my storage bill on March 2, 2024 and Crystal,( the property manager) provided exceptional and excellent service for me. Crystal was professional and courteous to me as she addressed my concerns immediately. She took the time to help me resolve an issue. I was extremely happy. Such an easy experience to obtain a unit at this facility. I had a unit reserved on line, next day I went in, finalized with the agent and was brought up to my unit. Very clean facility. It is a little scary going alone, just because its so quiet and the corriders are long and the place is huge. I did notice cameras all over. But super happy that I can declutter my basement and have a fresh new space to live.

I work for a moving company. We come here often. The elevator is always broken and the stairs are on the opposite side of the building. This is the dumbest storage facility I've ever been too and I've been to alot.

Public Storage has bad business practices!! Buyer Beware!! I had done my research and contacted roughly 20 companies in the county and at the time they were the cheapest. They quoted me a price and once I was in they decided to raise the price. Not just by a little bit but a crazy amount. I've tried working with the onsite people and customer service on the phone and they don't care at all! All they care about is their money and nothing else! I will be moving my items out as soon as possible!

Harry is top notch and truly dedicated to serving the customers. I came in for a quick question and left completely satisfied with the results.

Used this facility for short term storage when listing a house for sale. No issues, just had a 5 x 10 room. Staff was very helpful (kudos to Harry M. for help with a cart and closing out the rental). Room was clean and dry; location was convenient, access was fine, etc. Hints/Tips for owners: prorated refunds for partial months would be nice. Also, the placement of the keypads for the gate is a bit awkward - you need to swing left to access the keypad, then turn back to the right to go through the gate.

The facility itself is pretty amazing, super clean, great location and accessibility. Right from the getgo we were welcomed by Harry who is a great person all around, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful . Harry would be a great asset to any company. I really hope Public Storage is proud to have Harry as their employee!

If I could leave no stars I would. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle. Read your contract. Bait and switch here. You can do better at other storage places. The people in here will not help you. They just refer you to the help line. Raise your rent for no reason. This place is trash. I argued about a late fee I should not have been charged. Came back to raised rent. You can do better elsewhere!
