In the 3 years I rented at Public Storage on Boundary Rd. in Marlboro, NJ, I absolutely loved my experience there. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the property's main front office employees, Crystal & Matt, who made such a wonderful impression on me. Crystal and Matt are the most courteous, helpful, kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional employees I ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Every time I saw Matt he always greeted me and asked if he could be of service. And if he isn't helping customers, you will find him working the grounds, out in any kind of weather, making sure the property is clean and cared for. Last summer I had an issue with my bill and came into the office close to tears about it. Matt was so understanding and incredibly calm. He solved the issue quickly and put me immediately at ease. I will never forget how professionally and compassionately he handled my issue. He is a true asset to any team and Public Storage should be proud to have him as their employee. Crystal is equally as wonderful!!! Her bright and engaging personality is infectious and she will always bring a smile to your day. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the company and was always able to answer all my questions without hesitation. When the door to my unit broke last fall, she took immediate action to move me into a new unit that same day and stopped what she was doing to assist me with the process and made sure I was ok. She is such a sweetheart! It has been an absolute pleasure having Matt & Crystal as my Public Storage customer service reps and I feel almost like they have become family. So, I wanted to take this time to acknowledge their professionalism and dedication to helping others because I feel that they truly deserve the recognition. It is rare to find employees with their level of integrity and concern for customers these days, and the world is a better place for having them in it. Especially Public Storage. THANK YOU!!! <3

Crystal is the absolute best to work with! She really goes above and beyond and is so helpful. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained.

I rented my unit Sept 2024 at $195. Received price increase Feb 2025 to $260, and another price increase Nov 2025 to $316. That's a 62% price increase in about one year. If I had known they practice business this way, i would have chosen a different company. If you're thinking of using this company, be aware that the price listed will not last for very long. Unfortunately, I now need to empty my unit and find another storage company.

I was originally at Cubesmart. I decided to make a switch and go back to Public Storage. All I can say is I should have done this a long time ago. I have been working with Steve. He has been extremely helpful and addressed all my needs as well as an unbelievable rate. Substantially less than what I have been paying. If you are in the need of storage on the Marlboro are do not waste anytime go see Steven in the Marlboro location at 188 Boundary Road .

They have a lot of space… clean climate control… one thing ima tell you is they don’t say the rent goes up every 60-90 days an upward of $30… I started at 19.95 and a year and a half later, I’m up to $124….

If I could give 10 stars I would! Nick made our experience super easy, and hassle free! Was more than happy to go over all the details, and pointed us in the right direction for all our needs!

This is a beautiful property. So clean and well maintained. Nicholas was unbelievably helpful and nice to us during the rental process. We felt bad that we bothered him on his lunch break but Nicholas was so understanding an it didn't bother him one bit that we showed up Un announced. He was professional curtious and a genuine pleasure to be around!

Today we moved a relative out of their apartment and loaded into a 10x20 unit. Nick, manager at the Boundary Rd. & Vandenberg location went above and beyond to make sure our job was as easy as possible. He's the best! Always cheerful with a few jokes and upbeat attitude, and really knows his job. Thank You Nick! Great experience and I can easily recommend this facility to anyone needing such. Have a happy moving and storage experience!

Nick was incredibly helpful in finding us a unit that was conveniently located right near the entrance. He took the time to explain everything, including cost saving options. His friendly assistance was refreshing. Customer service here is amazing thanks to Nick. His help made move-in seamless, simple and quick. This new Public Storage location is so clean and accessible; it is much easier and preferable to the other nearby locations on busy/congested Route 9. Nick as the site manager here is a huge bonus!
