I couldn’t believe the expected someone to pay 75$ for a small unit WITH ROACHES . Yes I had to throw away lots of stuff due to finding roaches . Do yourself a favor and go else where . The uhaul place next door would probably be better .

Manager was thirty minutes late to work, then refused to serve me even though I can NOT wear their mask. 9/24/2021. Out of all of the public storage facilities I frequent in the Charlotte area, this facility always gives me problems. Edit: Spoke with Brenda the regional manager and she went above and beyond to understand and resolve the issues.

The property manger DANICKA is awesome. I had a rotten experience with customer service within the call center. Not only did she apologize on their behalf she took care of the issue with promptness and followed up with me to make sure everything was to my liking. I am blown away by the customer service I received! I was a little confused as to where my unit was when I first came in, but Gloria helped me find my unit. I also was unsure what to do about my mattress and she suggested a mattress cover to use. It was a super easy transaction to purchase one on site and the quality is super durable. I was told about this location by a friend so we drove out and met with Shay the property manager. You couldn't ask for a more knowledgable pleasant person to hep you select the right size and price for my needs in storage, I ended up renting a 10x20 foot unit and couldn't be more happy. But the real star in all of this was Shay, when I first went out she was able to reserve the unit and then later after pay day pay for it, we walked out and looked at several savable units and settled on one... what a pro she was and so happy to make sure I understood everything. She sets the gold standard we should all follow, and she is most deserving of a raise... Doug

Shay helped me find the unit that was right for me. She was friendly and courteous. She didn't have the unit I needed but she referred me to a a location close by that did. Very good customer service.

This way how they run things are not good. The people are never there to help you out, but otherwise the storage rooms are priced good. And the location is on a convent area, it's a good place to keep alot of things

Normally the employees at this location are very friendly and professional. Mind you I have used this location several times in the past. Last night while at the Ashley Rd location we experienced mechanical issues with our UHAUL Truck we notified the Customer Service Representatives that was standing outside smoking and talking to a gentleman. (Mind you the UHaul had to be returned that night RIGHT NEXT DOOR to avoid being charged other day) We ask if we could possibly go and grab some Jumper Cable about three minutes away and come back to retrieve the UHAUL to avoid additional charges. She stated NO and continue talking to the Gentleman as if we were not talking to her. Before we could ask a question she would state NO and go back to her conversation with the gentleman that she keyed in upon one of our trips back and forth. We were told just to come back at 6am. And she continued her conversation with the gentleman.Then we arrive today to see Ms. Rude Ass look at us not speak and check units. Now I'm postive they don't pay her to stand around and socialize behind the building smoking and being rude to customers. Moving can be stressful enough without dealing with people like her. 😡

I have had a space here for about 2 years and the property manager is never in the office and today I found out I was paying for insurance I didn't even know I had I was being charged 15 dollars for insurance and I never signed for insurance when I did the lease and I asked for a copy of my recipe to find out the reason I didn't get the dollar special was because I was charged for a lock without my knowledge I was charged for insurance that I didn't know I had and according to the paper I bout like 10 boxes and I know I didn't but I can't speak with property manager cause she is never in the office

Went there to get a storage unit reserved one through the call center. Wheni got there the unit has someones junk in it. The next one has stuff in it too the next one has a broken door. 1.5 hours of my life gone. The manage was nice and very helpfull corperate needs to spend some cash helping that place out. Bathroom was in need of a good cleaning, even a bad cleaning would help.

This location was a great place to store a Truck I had. I lived in a completely different state and was a little nervous about storing somthing so far a way. When I met Shay my fears went away. The Property Manager (Ms. Shay) was surprisingly hospitable, professional, and very knowledgeable.
