I was concerned I wasn't a good enough driver to get the rental truck in and out of the unit I rented. The team at the south blvd location were very helpful and went out of there way to find me a unit I felt good about. Amazing service
I love how smooth everything was and the fact that it was all done online. I got there and loved I didn’t have to touch the screen just my phone!! Just a great experience!! Oh yeah someone did call just to confirm my booking otherwise everything was done online
It's a great place for people are willing to help but I don't recommend paying over the phone.
12/30/2022 Two days before the new year i know it will be closed on the 1st I tried to pay over the phone.
I received my receipt in my email. on the 5th of January 2023 I received a text saying a reminder to pay your bill on the 5th.
So did my payment went through?
I always pay my bills on the 1st or a day before the 1st of the month.
This was my first attempt paying by phone and I think it would be easier just to show up in person to make my payment.
Ellies or Elias I don’t remember his name but he was so helpful helping me and my mom with our unit after moving out here. Turns out he’s from my homestate . Would give the experience a 10/10 .
