This place is nice and clean. The temperature is very well regulated for the bottom floor. I got my unit online and it was extremely easy to set up. There's a worker there named Christi who was very helpful to me while trying to transfer units. I wanted to go to a bigger unit from a small one and she made it easy and simple.

It is my 1st time using storage facility. It was clean & straight forward. There was also a dolly for me to use. My nails would NOT let be be great with the lock 🙄 so be aware if you have medium to long nails. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because NO one was in the office to assist me when I needed.

The people and environment at Public Storage are nothing but inviting and welcoming! The employees are extremely courteous and helpful. The entire place is emaculatly clean-everything up to and in living the restroom. There is more than enough parking where-if needed-the staff will keep an eye on your running vehicle for you cuz-due to mechanical issues-you can't shut it off! They will welcome you, service you, and conversate about anything with you. I would on any given day highly recommend them!!!

I have been storing my extra furniture and keepsakes at this location for over three years and I am very pleased with this facility. Love the management team here! Customer service is first and foremost and they always go above and beyond. I would like to say thank you to Katherine and Bill for helping me out this weekend after I misplaced the key to my unit. Got everything moved out today, 8/16/22. When I return to KC all of my extras will go right back into storage at HWY 40 Public Storage because the staff at this location is very helpful and caring. Not to mention, the facility is safe, spotless, well lit, climate controlled and very reasonably priced. Thank you again!
