I have rented at 3 other storage facilities, 2 were climate controlled (StorageMart & US Storage) 1 was drive up outside access (UHAUL) previous 3 turned out to be absolute nightmare!! Raising rent every 2-3 months! Was to uneasy to visit unit after dark, people hanging out, No security..

This year I had to move, once I realized I couldn't take all my belongings I decided I would need a storage unit. The decision was a last minute call. I googled storage units near me. I found Public Storage. I was able to do everything online and downloaded the app. I had a unit with in an hour on a Saturday. They gave me my location and storage unti number. They had the keys and lock waiting for me there at the unit. I did all this with no human interaction. Super easy process.

Needed some temporary storage space and this place seems to have good dry spots, as well as the automation on getting a spot all online. We did had a request that was not able to be done online, and the local staff manager, Jennifer helped us out easily on these items. This site is well run with good staff!

PAUL GAVE ME REALLY IMPORTANT INFO ON HOW TO MOVE MOST OF MY PERSONAL PROPERTY INTO AN APPROPRIATE SIZE AND AMOUNT OF STORAGE AREA NEEDED. PAUL IS A VERY NICE INTELIGENT MAN WHO UNDERSTANDS STORAGE NEEDS OF PEOPLE. I DIDN'T GET ALL MY PROPERTY OUT BEFORE THE DEAD OWNERS DAUGHTER SLIT MY THROAT AND STOLE ABOUT $ 23,000 OF MY STUFF BUT THANKS TO PAUL I GOT MOST OF MY PROPERTY OUT AND SAVED INTO THE PUBLIC STORAGE GARAGE.
