All of the staff at the Little Canada location are very kind, they are excellent in customer service! The locker I was originally assigned had some door issues and I was promptly reassigned another locker in staff helped me move my items in.
Despite this issue, it was a great experience and I'm looking forward to working with them in the future.

As I was dishing out a pot full of issues and questions, she handled it all very well like a professional. It was her second day on the job, working at a different location and was still in training. Plus she was also helping me with a unit that wasn’t even at the location she was at. She had all of my questions answered and went above and beyond with helping me with my issues. She was on point I would have never imagined that this was her second day working. She was MORE of help and BETTER at help than the maplewood property manager I couldn’t get a hold of for days that was in charge of the maplewood location . (Thus why I was seeking assistance from her she answers calls) very charismatic I hope you prosper to bigger roles in the company Katie!!
Also, the property manager of this location I met last year. Short interaction with him, but left a lasting impression! Attentive, communicative, and a righteous kind man!! Clean establishment, great staff, definitely makes a huge difference. Trustworthy people!!!
After a couple of hiccups (all my fault btw) I love this place. Excellent, attentive staff and the location is perfect for me. Clean, well maintained, and priced right. I was surprised to be able to get a space in the size I needed here and I'm so glad one was available. I'll be hangning on to it as long as I can.

Angie the manager has helped me with a refund due to the garage door being too small to fit my landscaping trailer. I wished that she didn't have to do a refund and I wished that I would have a storage big enough with a wider door. I give this place a 5 stars because Angie has done a great job. And as a business owner myself good people who can work for you are hard to come by. In the future if I need any storage room this will be the first place I will be looking into again.

Very patient considering people were lined up and the one unit had stuff still in it when the guy in front of me moved in. Another had mold issues and then the unit that was assigned had a broken door. Only reason i was in the office was because there were no dollysin the u it i previously rented
I like this facility because of Angie. The other day there was a guy there with a monster commercial refrigeration unit. It looked like it was going to take Angie hours to get this guy signed up and loaded into the facility. Yet she was great at multitasking and able to help me and the refrigeration guy at the same time.
Angie was great in that she recommended a couple of low cost van rental facilities. She also recommended that we go to a facility to buy low cost straps to immobilize our items that we were moving. Very helpful. She is also very on top of everything that is going on at the facility. I recommend this facility specifically for all the help that you get from Angie. I have rented for years at the storage facility on highway 55 in Minneapolis and it was ok not great. This facility is great !

We needed to rent a moving van and Angie had some great ideas. I have rented from other rental facilities and I have never had the amount of help that I got from Angie. I own a sales organization and I tried to hire her away from Public Storage but she is loyal to the company.
