Tried calling about turning in extra lock and keys, only voicemail,no return call,. Stopped by at least three times no one ever there. Stopped by on October 2, somebody there but it's been over 30 days so I'm stuck with a lock I don't need typical of public storage customer service

Do not EVER rent from this place. Not just this location but all of Public Storage. This particular location though has employees stealing your stuff from your unit and then the insurance company claims that if you cannot prove forced entry they do not pay out of on a claim. Hence it's all a big scam. This place WILL rob you!!!!

The property off Chippendale was super clean! No trash was laying around everything was picked up nicely and you can tell the workers take care of it! I had Jordan help me while I was there and she did such a great job and was very personable and helpful! Definitely recommend!!

I saw a guy walk into the building just now with his lunch bag. Couldn’t catch him. The app keeps crashing and now doesn’t work at all. Can’t get hold of any one.
At least the broken glass is cleaned up after four or five months. But the left gate STILL doesn’t work.

Within 5 months of being here they jacked my rent from $160 to $204 a month. The left gate has been broken and unusable for months. That severely limits the use of the entire loading bay. There is never anyone there. No one responds, except if you miss a rent payment by a day.
The turnover of employees is really high. They don’t pay very well and the employees don’t even get a discount on a storage unit (no-brainer, simple benefit PS could offer). Pay a livable wage and you won’t have the turnover problem. You’ll be amazed.
Upper (Nameless) Management has, without fail, been miserably unresponsive, even scolding. The physical place itself isn’t bad, but you better hope you have 4WD because they don’t salt or sand, and they plow minimally. The parking lot was sheer, thick, treacherously slippery ice this winter. My vehicle got stuck on flat, icy surfaces more than once this winter, once right at the gate where my vehicle slid sideways into the fat pole where the security entry pad resides. There’s just no excuse for that.
And…
no response.
As for fees, the price online Is Not The End Price. Make sure you ask about ALL fees before you show up to rent like I did.
The 30% plus rent hike is a scam. Figure a 30% rise in cost from the beginning when comparison shopping unless you want to move your stuff again (yay?) or have a potential budget challenge later.
So nice of manager (who?) to post a response. Don’t be fooled by this supposed impression of service.
I’ve talked to them about the cleaning up the broken glass (right where I swept it up after two glass panels dropped and shattered narrowly missing my truck) at least, about the rent hike, and other issues. Stonewalled and told I should be “reprimanded” for a complaint. Inappropriate and clueless.

Very very good place to store everything you have! Many different size lockers, climate control is wonderful all year round. Staff are friendly and helpful and you don't have to spend a lot of hard earned money to get something valuable in return. It is a very secure place a very clean place and they really do cater to the customer it is a very high quality facility worth every Penny spent on storage!!

I had called your facility sometime in Feb , Spoke with Karla that I was running 10 min late , Would probably arrive at your facility 10 minutes after you closed, Karla said "no problem, I'll wait for you and get you taken care of" and you know what SHE DELIVERED G.O.A.T customer service. Credit is due in giving props to Karla she didn't make me feel rushed, she wasn't inconvenienced, Thank you so very much Last but not least Public Storage indoor temp controlled facility top to bottom is exceptionally well maintained.

Great place to store your stuff! Very clean, with or without temperature control room. Elevator is good to go 3rd floor, rest room is clean and dolly / cart available for free to load stuff but they just have four at busy hours! This place need to add more carts / platform dolly available for the customers for loading items at different storage!

Had a great experience renting here. Karla is the bee's knees, and if her bosses are reading this they should know she deserves a big raise. She was always so helpful, right up through we moved out and she noticed and closed everything out for us without my even having to ask! I would recommend this facility to anyone.

After being a being a good customer for over 1 1/2 years, and always paying my rent on time, Public Storage decided to raise my monthly rent by over 30%! No reason given why the rent increase, nor did they give you an advance notification of increasing your rent. Poor customer service, bad business practices, their parent company just doesn't care. I'm in the process of researching other storage businesses and will be moving out. I don't recommend renting storage units at Public Storage. They get you interested by offering special pricing and deals online but over the year will increase your rent every few months at $20 a pop. Stay away!

Do not ever use this place they are crooks.
For short-term rentals this is a great place to store your belongings: the service is good, it is clean, secure and you can get a good price. But there were 3 main issues that caused me to move out of our unit. (1) My rent more than tripled in 2 years. Staff put in for a rent decrease, which ended up being less than 1/2 of the latest increase of $29/month. (2) Inconsistent information on policies -- We asked them to price match what was offered online for the same site and unit size/type. We were told that we had to physically move our belongings from the current unit to another unit in order to get that price. When we called their We Care center, not only were we told the same information about moving our belongings, it was suggested that we contact the local office to arrange for the new unit to be close to the current one, so we made a new reservation online. The day we showed up to move our belongings, we were told that we would not receive the lower rate because there is only 1 special rate per household, it had to be a 1st-time rental, and it didn't apply to a 2nd unit. When I explained we had been told otherwise (twice), the response was that we had been told wrong. We hadn't seen any of these conditions on the website when we made the reservation. We moved out instead of to another unit. (3) When I went back to the website to try to find this information, the small print was located at the bottom of the website page containing the registration form, under pictures of other PS locations that required scrolling through on my desktop computer. Unfortunately, this was such a frustrating experience that I will look other places for future rental needs.
Got charged a late fee even though they had my card on file the whole time. I brought it up to management and they put in a request but I never heard anything back.
They want you to be out of your storage unit by 6 even though the access is open till 9.
Their rates have been increasing exponentially over the past year. When we first got our unit is was 121 a month. Now it is at almost 200 hundred a month, in only one year.
No one answers their phone, multiple times I had to drive out to the office to speak with someone when I had a simple question and would have been so easy to answer on the phone.
I have also had multiple staff members ask me directly what I am storing in my unit, everytime I have stopped in. I'm not sure why they need to know that, given that you have to sign a agreement not to store anything besides normal items. Just weirded me out.
Overall, I am not happy with the way that the place is run and it seems to be lacking professionalism and integrity. There isn't any accountability and also no way for me to get any resolutions.
