Well, this would mark the first time Ive been to a storage facility and the manager actually left thw office without a headache! Even after a rocky start to my encounter with the amazing manager, April. The entire facility exceeded my expectations in both cleanliness and security. And to say she completely cleaned this late after what happened in Blaine with the manager and employee working at that facility would be going to far however her enthusiasm and amazing customer service definitely put some elbow grease on that stain!
If I can say anything about this property is the way it’s ran April is a wonderful manager very pleasant to speak to she will always help you she carry’s herself with a quiet strength that naturally brings people in she leads by example her presence leaves a lasting effect on everyone around them.

Best place to store your things 24 hour on site care takers. Locked gate and even patrolled by police but don't worry they don't come through till after close. Affordable at the right time of year and there is always room to negotiate price on how many months you pay.

He answered every little question I had, and was very helpful in showing me around and telling me what to do when I had questions. When I put in a notice to vacate my storage unit, Emma called me and helped me with all of my questions that I had about leaving the space. 10/10.

I rented a storage unit at Public Storage (on Sibley Memorial Hwy) on line. Had a little trouble with the gate code but Emma (employee) was quick to help me out. She was very nice and even went out to the gate to make sure the security code worked this time. She was so sweet and explained where my unit was and answered the questions I had. Nick is also a star that works there and was also so kind...I was scatterbrained and rented a unit at another location and he messaged them for me and had them close that acct. This is my first time renting from Public Storage, but Nick made it super easy to understand the process, and he was not hesitant on showing me the room sizes as well. He was willing to go out of his way to go back-and-forth with me and a couple of the places and I didn’t feel like a burden asking can I go see this unit. But overall he made my process of renting a storage unit super simple and easy. The property itself is super clean as well.. he also gave me a map so I can take it with me

I’ll leave the note below in case anyone has issues using elevator. Once I figured it out it was easy.
Also to note the instructions to use the elevator aren’t very clear. My Bluetooth wasn’t working to access the gate or elevator so I had to manually punch in my code. Which isn’t that big of a deal. But if you have a 2nd or 3rd floor unit you hit the elevator call button (elevator door should open), then punch your code in, lastly enter the elevator and select your floor.

I had such a good experience with Public Storage in Eagan. It was less expensive than I initially thought it would be, it was easy to set up and move out, the app was easy to use, and the location was super convenient. During a time of transition, Public Storage made things a little bit easier and gave me a sense of security. Would definitely utilize again. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience getting my storage unit. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful women named Eve. Not only did she get in contact with me after I missed my move in date. She ended up being at the facility when I walked in. she walked me all the way to my unit through the maze while answering several questions about the lease, payment methods and all other inquires! I rarely write reviews especially positive ones. This women deserves recognition and should frankly be the corporate representative. It’s rare to find someone with this level of professionalism and class! I hope Eve gets to read this! Thank you for all the help!!!

I can honestly say that Nick at Eagan Public Storage is the most helpful employee I have ever had the pleasure of working with at ANY storage facility over the past 10 years. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, demonstrated an ability to multitask, and made me feel as though my storage needs mattered. I don't write many Google reviews, but Nick deserves some recognition. On top of that, Public Storage completed several major capital improvements (driveways, garage doors, etc.) that make it the best bang for your buck in the south metro.

Donna the property manager is amazing! She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage!
Donna is fantastic! Our locker was iced shut and she brought out salt, an ice pick and a shovel. She made sure we were able to access the unit and came back to make sure we were able to get it locked up again. Highly recommend!
My past experiences getting a storage unit were stressful, rushed, and pressured but not this time Donna made sure everything was smooth sailing, she went out of her way to make sure my requests were met. Thank you Donna!!
