We have had multiple storage units at this facility for years and James has always been a top notch employee. He consistently is available when we have any questions and has always helped us to resolve issues quickly and in a professional manner. He truly is a fantastic representative of the Public Storage brand. 10/10 recommend this location.

I have to tell you what a fantastic experience I had with James at the Eagan public storage. He was helpful in every way. His communication skills are top notch. I had a bit of a complicated down sizing situation and he made everything seem so simple. He is the best customer service person I’ve had in a long time.

I'm giving James five stars. Thank you so much for being so professional and helping me solve the issue I had with my storage unit. I have had several issues with this particular storage, but James was absolutely amazing. Other coworkers should take a note from James how to be professional and work with paying customers. Once again thank you James for being awesome.

Five star the best place in town to get your storage is awesome place to storage with very convenient very easy to find very comfortable and safe to have your property here.

Booking the unit online was simple, and straightforward. I was sent a digital access code, which allowed me to get into the unit during business hours the same day that I booked. The lock that I paid for was waiting at the unit when I arrived later on that same day as booking. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because when I was leaving, a woman was having issues getting into the facility. The app wasn't working, and it just kept spinning. I tried to assist, to see if it was just her cell phone/connection, as did another patron who was moving stuff out of their unit. The app was down, and this woman was unable to get a code to get into the facility. So, I am hopeful this was just a one-off. But for that reason, I'll give my experience a 4/5, as I had a code emails to me early in the day.

James was honest, trustworthy, and very helpful.

I just emptied my unit yesterday. I rented for 6 months. I dealt exclusively with James. He was always prompt, polite, thoughtful, and focused on me. From check in to check out every thing went smoothly. Price was competitive. Facility was clean and bright. For my situation it worked out great. I would rent here again.
