The parking lot is small so if there are more than 3-4 vehicles on the lot, it becomes a bit tight and frustrating. Some of the units could use some ceiling repairs but it's definitely a cool place to store your belongings.

I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service provided by James at the Fort Washington location.

They have good customer service, but pricing is a rip off. We’ve had our storage until for only four months and have already received notice that our storage unit monthly rate will increase by $100 next month! At this rate, we’d be paying an additional $200 + by January. We plan to get rid of our unit within the next two months. It isn’t worth paying $550-650/month.

I want to give it up to the Fort Washington location for especially customer service today. I had a few issues with my move in at a different location and Ronnie was able to get me all set. He was very accommodating and helpful!

The whole process of getting the storage was so easy. Ronnie was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Every question I had, he was able to answer. The decision to pick this unit was a no brainer.

I had a reservation yesterday (6/3/21) at 5:00pm. I was told to come in at 5:00 by the project manager. I spoke to him directly that morning. I had a reservation number and he knew I was coming. Then when I got there to sign the contract he says “oh someone purchased your unit. It’s the last one and we don’t have anymore that size”. I said why didn’t you tell me that before I got there especially since y’all knew I was coming. He said he had no control over that, wasn’t even apologetic and didn’t even offer me other options or units. It was 5:00 pm and since they closed at 6:00 he was ready to go and made that clear. I went across the street to Extra Space storage and I’m so glad I did. The lady there was so helpful, accommodating, and even though she closed in 30 minutes she was really friendly and cared about my business. She went above and beyond and was a good representative of her company. She even agreed how unprofessional Public Storage was. Although I end up paying $200 more at Extra Space- as the saying goes you get what you pay for. So you all lost my business and I happily took my money somewhere else who was willing to help. You can thank your PM at Fort Washington for that.

Excellent staff (Ms. Tierney is professional and efficient). Price was unbelievable for the size of the unit i rented. Unit is easily accessible for drive up loading and unloading. You paid for your lock upfront but you keep it when you move out. Easy move out process (only 2 day notice is required). Location is convenient. The pricing is fair for what you get. You will thank yourself later with the ease of loading and unloading.

I just left this location and tierney was phenomenal!! unfortunately she didnt have the size i needed but she went over everything i needed it . even went out her way to find another location close in the area. i truly appreciate the help thanks

I came in today to inquire about storage spaces and Ms tierny was very pleasant and understanding. I told her what I would be storing she came up wit the size showed me and it was perfect size, and also made recommendations on what I may need to protect my belongings. she went thru everything and at this moment I really didn't know what size I needed she helped me wit everything even though I wasn't renting today . she went way beyond her job to explain everything to me and I will be storing soon at this location. Tierney at the facility was friendly and polite, however, the information regrading rates were different from what I received from the 800 reservation associate.

The Customer Service I received from Ms. Tierney I feel went beyond the scope of her job description. Ms. Tierney's excellent professionalism with me let me know she shines bright for every customer that has ever walked in that door during her shift. Oh yes I must add on the phone as well. I cancelled but, her C. S. skills got me there before 3pm to see first hand how a Diamond out of the Rough shines so brightly! Went looking for storage space in my neighborhood that's close to my house. Got great information and a tour of a storage place that might work for me. Karen the manager was super helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable.

I went to go buy some boxes and other moving supplies. Karen was sooooo amazing when I walked in she stood up and greeted me. She asked how could she help and I said I needed some boxes. She started to point out the different sizes, I must've looked extra confused cause she goes let me help you! She walked over and described each packing system and told me how simple it would make my move. Karen was such a big help I saved money and time. This was my first experience in renting a storage unit. After telling what i'll be storing and approximate sizes of the items, Mr. Pryor knowledge of the facility and units was a big help in providing a unit that fit my needs. Because of his honesty, and not selling me more than what I need, would recommend anyone I come across that needs a storage unit.

I rented the 8×10 this month, at which time they were running a 50% off promotion. Be advised there are 1st time admin fees. The manager who helped me was Karen. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. She walked the facility grounds with me and gave helpful tips. Great experience.

When inquiring why I needed to have insurance at the time of purchase, he was able to explain the reasoning for purchase instead of giving me a brief "just because it's required" answer. Also, the gentleman has provided me with the courtesy calls which serve as a reminder about payment and service. Overall, helpful and great customer service!

My experience with the staff at this location was awesome! Brittany, Desmond and Tylisa took the worst of a situation and made it more pleasant to deal with. Corporate/Customer service (Joseph) was very uncaring and had a nonchalant attitude about my online issues and the DM (Fatina Abdeen) wasn't helpful either! She had no customer service skills either. If I were in that kind of position, caring for my customers would come 1st! I wish she could get a citation for her demeanor.

I I really enjoyed my stay here. Tylisa was very helpful and Brittany was a bundle of joy during my vacate. I would use this service again. Keep up the good work!!!

I recently visited this public storage to acquire information about various storages & prices. although I didn't store anything that The associate by the name of Gardinear Pryor was a HUGE help & his customer service was OUTSTANDING.

Today I went in to this location just to check price and to get information on how the storage thing works .... The young man that was in the office by the name of troy he was very informative and answered questions I didn't know I needed to asked ... Troy is very professional and I thank him for that and will come back when I need to get the space in two months
