Spoke to soon it's weeks before Christmas and they just hiked my rent $40 second raise in a year so sadd time to move!!!!

edit: After 3 months, they almost doubled the cost of our rental unit. There are also mouse droppings all over our unit. Now, we have to scramble to move everything to another facility. What a nightmare.
Online reservation was easy. I received a call later on the day to confirm the reservation, which I think it was great. Carl, the gentleman on the location was very helpful and very professional. Explained everything that I needed to know carefully and in details.

Janieca is the front desk help and is wonderful, polite, knowledgeable and straight out down to earth. I ran into a crazy situation and she guided me thru options on how to resolve.. it's a pleasure knowing your staff here are beyond efficient as well as Wilson your newest employee he helped me out the day before and again polite and courteous. I would not hesitate in the least to refer friends and family to rent storage space... I own my own business and wish I had employees 1/2 as good as they are... You are lucky to have them !!!
