Never answer phone and stood me up today for our appointment!
I had an appointment at 1:30 today with the property manager and it's 15 minutes past and no one is here in the office. Lights off and everything. I got stood up! Not to mention they never call you back

Like many other reviews, including many more on BBB, I was a victim of the shady sales tactics used to being in new customers. The tactic is to tell you your rate is not going to change to your face, and then not show you the fine print that says it can change anytime to anything. My rate almost doubled in total after 3 months. They say they cannot lower it, but I know they can because I have seen rate discounts for other customers. I would find a local smaller storage company instead.

Horrible storage facility. I made the mistake of renting a unit entirely online. When I get to the unit that’s supposed to be an inside unit, the walls are literally ripped and I can see into the next unit as well as their stuff is hanging over into my unit. Walls are paper thin can literally rip through it. Got transferred to another unit thats an outside unit and literally the same thing. They really need to at least update or upkeep these units for the amount they’re charging. No one was in the office to help either, only the cleaning person that came to assist. If I didn’t already have my movers come here I definitely would have went somewhere else but it was too last minute. Do not bother renting here, horrible experience

Came up here 40 mins before closing and the doors were locked. Had to call the main number and was told someone would be out in 10 mins and waited for OVER 30 mins for no one to show up..called the number back and was basically told I was out of luck because they are closed….great way to run a business CLOSING 40 MINUTES BEFORE ACTUAL CLOSING TIME. Especially after I was told to WAIT ON THE MANAGER only to still not been helped.

Rosa has helped me and my wife with all our storage needs. She is very kind and goes above and beyond!! Karla too was nice. I would recommend this location. I would ask Public Storage to bring in more carts, this would really help better the experience when the customers who are coming and going. 3 carts for a property with over 1300 units doesn't seem right. There should be a better cart policy other than first come first served in the lobby entrance.

Karla has been so kind and helpful since the day I switched to Public Storage. Compared to the other storage units I’ve rented from, public storage is by far the best. So far, it’s been much cleaner, more secure and the people are really nice, especially the staff (Karla). I would highly recommend renting from here for extra storage.

Super friendly and helpful at check in, super clean (carts are sometimes not where their supposed to be and you have to hunt them down or just not anywhere to be found) and the prices have gone way up dramatically for a unit.!!?!

I wish I did more research on this place, they are not professional. I first received a storage unit with torn apart ceiling parts. The locks they provide you with when selling it to you are very bad & rust. I had an issue when my key wouldn’t even come out of the lock & Cecelia didn’t really care & basically told me I just have to buy a new one. Only had the lock for 1 month. Every time I come to storage as well, most of the time they are not even in office. Please do your research first & visit the storage before renting.

So I tried to order online and it kept declining my card for $111.92, so I went into store to finish reservation l. For some reason I’m store the price was now $228 because they said I had to pay a proration which was scetchy but I said ok so it decline my card again, I said that’s impossible, so tried multiple times nothing. So I said I’ll take cash out to pay but when I came back something was wrong with system. So I leave and check my account I’m now negative with all these charges you see below. I called she said that the money will go back. Nope. But when o called this morning the lady really told me they didn’t take money. Well what do you guys see? Really was going back and forth about not talking it. So why is my account negative? This place is horrible and it’s dirty regardless. They will not here the end of this from me until I get my money back.
