Amy is the best property manager I’ve encountered since having to store my assets after moving to Florida. It’s much different here then up north….its not as easy to be made comfortable storage “life” materials. Even though I know she can’t be a watchdog hovering over my belongings….she at least has made me feel that way!🤣

I moved out on March 1st not only did they try to charge me for a new month that I was not staying for but the front desk woman is rude and disgusting both times I spoke to her (on move in date she had an attitude until I gave her one back) the second time (the day after move out) she accused me of leaving items in the unit that I did not leave in fact it was from another unit because I saw those people moving out the same day that I did. Maybe she’s confused because she continuously is outside smoking cigarettes instead of being at the front desk attending customers but idk. Will not be storing here again at this location.

I’m an OTR driver and I’ve been at this location for 4 years. Never had an issue with them.if I forgot a pay date I always got a friendly reminder. And they were not quick to cut my lock. Sent my sisters to empty out my storage the other day and Amy and Mario made sure everything went smooth.
