Do not recommend. They are advertising incorrect information, as I made it to their store before closing time and they refused to attend me because they were closing their store early. Not only had I called prior to arriving to the store, I made it before closing time and was denied service. I was only there for boxes, and not even with that could they help me. No card, no cash. Don’t state a closing time if you’re closing 10 minutes before what you’re advertising.

On top of that the other lady Jessie was very helpful in assisting her throughout.

Roaches! Enough to make anyone leave. Here now to cancel at almost 1pm and doers are locked with no one on site! Horrible service. Don’t recommend! I had to take everything out piece by piece before loading up. One roach is enough to cause a disaster. Fckn upsetting cause I paid for indoor unit to avoid this problem exact!!!!

Management here is incompetent. I found a DEAD RAT in my storage on July 4th, and the same is yet dead in my storage, 2 months later. When I reported the situation, Leo (the guy on shift) told me that there's nothing he could do because it was almost time for him to leave, but he'll leave a note so Management get back to me and to await for instructions. When i called to follow up, there's contradiction about that they could help, then they could not help to remove the animal... at this point my stuff must be ruined.

I really feel thankful and lucky for get a storage space with these people. Always professional and welling to help me with any questions or concerns. Thanks so much to all staff and specially to Karen which has a wonderful personality to make you feel warm and welcome. I recommend

My experience at store # 08726, South Semoran Blvd was exceptional. The manager answered all of my questions and/or concerns in a most professional manner and at the same time made me feel completely at ease. I bought several boxes and proceeded to choose the size of the unit along with some suggestions from the manager. The manager, Karen, then finalized the transaction and made it completely painless. I am completely satisfied with renting this storage space here at Public Storage and also recommended to a friend of mine to come over here and rent a storage unit because he is very unhappy and not satisfied at all where his storage unit is now. Anyway I will be recommending Public Storage to all my friends and family who might be in need of additional storage because of this wonderful interaction with this manager.

Wanted to edit my previous review to add something but can't find it listed. I would say my only issue with Public Storage,among other places, is the outrageous increase in price for storage units. People are losing their homes, jobs, putting their things in storage for safekeeping and being charged an astronomical amount of money to do so. My unit cost me around $60 2 years ago when I got it and now it's up to almost $95. The price has increased three times in two years and I for the life of me can't understand what type of loss Public Storage has taken to have to inflate their rates that much. I feel that public storage in other places are taking advantage of hard times people are in, aside from that the customer service from the on-site employees has always been great!

We were just at our storage unit at this location. When my husband opened the door to the storage and was not happy to see a 1 1/2 foot long dead RAT! What's so disturbing about this incident is that my husband told office personnel that part of the rubber seal on the door was missing. They didn't repair; resulting in a big RAT being in our storage. A storage, PUBLIC Storage, that charges an outragous monthly rate. Please do a better job...

It was easy to rent a storage room over the internet. However they only have one employee on the property & since I rented an un-airconditioned unit using the restroom was difficult because I had to go through the front lobby to get to it. When the employee is making her rounds the office area is locked up.

I've been using this storage and recently had my unit broken in and about $3000 worth of items were stolen. 6 other units were also broken in. There is no security and Public storage won't assume any responsibility, I wasn't even called to inform me about the incident. Use at your own risk !!!

DO NOT RENT HERE! These people are scammers the whole renting process is a breeze but they DO NOT PRO-RATE & as far as im comcerned that should be ILLEGAL not even apartment complexes not even truck rentals nothing i have EVER rented from gave me a issue with prorating how do you charge someone a full month for something they arent in for a full month then charge someone else for that same unit collecting twice the rent THAT IS A SCAME they dont care if you move out on the 1st or 2nd i paid 115 for 8 days ! REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU , these big companies think that because they are big its impossible to see it go down well its 2021 and the biggest companies are going down because of the lack of care for their CUSTOMERS!!

I had an issue while vacating but the district manager and property manager Karen resolved it. I would give five stars but I'm still not happy with the constant rent increases and the lack of transparency when moving out.

I have been renting a 12x30' space since 2017. The facility is always clean and pleasant and secure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Karen at the front office recently helped me a great deal secure an outdoor parking space and helped make me feel like a loyal and appreciated customer. I am very pleased with the staff at this location considering what they have to work with as far as conditions of upkeep which is up to the corporate office. Its very clean and on top of everything. Be great if they would throw some fresh paint on the floor and keep the gate working and replace all the lights that dont work and simple fixes. But it is still awesome. The staff makes me smile no matter how my day is especially Karen. Jarissa is great and got me all set up and was very helpful. I understand it can be very challenging dealing with this type of business at times. Keep.it up. Your doing great

Hi, my name is Luis and I’ve been using this storage facility for a while. I’ve rented in other places before, since I’m the president of a kids non profit and a company owner. Karen i can say is the BEST employee that I’ve encounter in any storage place I’ve had thru the years. She’s friendly, responsible, respectful and always try to help as much as she can. One of the main reason i keep this unit is because i get to go and see Mrs. Karen’s positive energy and behavior. As of now imma keep this storage unit as long as kAren is still around. She makes every visit worth it.

I've been using this location for over a year and regularly visit. I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff. Karen is always making rounds and is super friendly. I always know that my unit is safe and secure.

The public storage where I’m located has the best customer service I’ve dealt with in years , especially the property manager Rosa. She always made sure I was tooken care of and answered any questions I’ve asked . I honestly think she should get promoted immediately. I would never go to any other storage even if I moved farther away .
