Was renting for a little over a year. The rental prices would increase every 4 months by $50. Then when it was time to vacate, I spoke with 2 different people about the process. Neither of them told me that you can’t use the access code or it would charge you for the entire month. I explained to them that the only reason my husband went back was to make sure there wasn’t any glass left behind because something broke and we were moving very late the day before. If someone was doing their job properly, then the code shouldn’t have worked, or someone would have mentioned that. I asked if there was anyway to get a discount on the price since the rent increased, but there was nothing they could do. That is there rules, and even though NONE of my things were there on the 1st, I was threatened that if I don’t pay it then it will be sent to collections. Absolutely no remorse or understanding considering the economy. People are disgusting.

Lured me in with a low payment of $89 a month and in less than a year it’s risen to nearly $150! I should’ve left my storage at Uhaul for crying out loud. L business edit: 3months later from last review it’s now at $169.98 Additional edit: it’s now teetering $200 2/17/24

I’ve been renting here since July and have had such a great experience. It’s clean and easy to get in and out of. Marisol is the BEST, she’s an absolute delight. She’s the only one I’ve seen every time and her customer service is impeccable. She even brought me a cart all the way to the end storage when I couldn’t figure out how to get it in my car. Def recommend!

Been here almost 2 years and they have increased my rent 100% not to mention the roaches and rats I've found in my unit, I do not nor will I ever recommend this place the rate increases are ridiculous. Run away and find somewhere else! Update 1/29/23 just got a notice that yet again they are increasing their prices it will now be over double my agreement price I will be moving my items out of this horrendous place! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

She is quite knowledgeable and caring of her customers! She gives this company good representation. I’m not into Public storages but interacting with her helped me on my journey!

I recently used the public storage location at 155 South Goldenrod Rd, and I had a fantastic experience thanks to employee Veronica. Her service was quick and friendly, making the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend this location, and Veronica's exceptional customer service made it even better!

Angel was great! Made my check in process extremely easy and he was very knowledgeable on what I needed to do and answered any questions I had. He was very personable and I enjoyed getting to work with him on setting up my unit

Expensive Roaches I highly recommend NOT using this storage facility. In my recent visit to my unit I saw active roaches in the hallway and my unit. Had to put down diatomaceous earth everywhere in hopes to salvage my valuables. Not to mention the staff is unprofessional and rude. They confused me with a non-paying renter, ran til they were out of breath to catch me and procedures to chastise and yell at me until I notified them I'm not that person. Even if I was that person that behavior is completely unacceptable on a professional level. There are better facilities around Orlando that are more affordable, kinder and bug free.
