Rent just went up over 20% which is absolutely ridiculous. No companies raises rates over 20% at one time. I would never do that to my clients. This place is terrible. Time to find a place with a better price.

Seems to be a secure storage place in my trips so far. You will want to turn and go through the parking lot of the shopping plaza located next to the storage to get to the entrance the most convenient way, but once inside it does the job.

Getting your life together is never easy, but it sure does have a magical little helper in the name of Jose at the Maguire Boulevard location in Orlando. He is very attentive and almost intuitive to what your needs are. I felt like he was a member of my own family and by the end of my storage unit needs I look back and don’t think I could’ve done half of what I needed to accomplish in my short time there without him.

The last time I was here I waited so long 3 other customers came and went frustrated that the office was empty.

***Update 11.14.20*** I adore Jose. Here is a man that takes pride in his work. If there is a challenge, he is always open and ready to address any concerns. He still keeps the place spotless and he has trained his team to care as much as he does! I have 3 units, 2 for work and 1 personal and often need to go there late with no hesitation. We need more Jose's in this world! Jose is a Rockstar. Since he took over this property, it is almost as good as when it was Shurgard. He was able to get the bay doors closed at night and keeps everything working as it should and keeps it clean. Jose takes pride in his work and he is the only reason I have 3 units at this location. If Jose leaves, I go to!

They increase your rates every 6 months automatically! Their billing dept told me this. I am so tired of thier increases. I can't wait to move my stuff out of PUBLIC STORAGE. Doris P. 15 year customer

Be aware that once you get an online price in just a few months you may get an email stating they have increased rates. Ours went up $85 a month no warning or explanation. We have a call in to corporate. We are on auto billing and have never been late either When you go back online the prices are listed much cheaper “ for new rentals “.

The process took less than 30 minutes! We found the storage unit we’d like and everything went perfectly without issue! Definitely recommend.

Jose was very helpful in our move out. The moving company was late in getting there and Jose stayed around till they were finished. We finished up right at the end of the day and the traffic to get out onto the main road was terrible. He was nice enough to open the back gate and allow us to leave that way. Then on the next weekend when we came down to finish up the move out of a few final things he was very nice kept an eye on some of our stuff while we made a deliver on some other items in town. I would highly recommend this facility

He even worried that my unit wouldn't be big enough and was willing to refer me to another site in order to help me out. Great guy! The property is very clean and well maintained. I felt safe walking around. There are lots of extras like step stools and dollies available for customers to use during business hours which is a really nice perk. Very pleased with my choice!

I opened a storage space here to store wedding material for our daughter's wedding. The wedding reception went on until 9pm at which time the facility was closed. Jose gave me his personal cell phone number to contact him and get 24 hour access to our unit the weekend of the wedding.With all the stress of planning a wedding this was one less thing I had to worry about. A wonderful experience and Jose provided superb customer service. I would definitely rent here again!

I have used Public Storage in various cities for years, but this property is hands-down the best run property in the system. Jose is an outstanding property manager. He is always professional and very responsive to any questions or issues that arise. Just recently he found a unit that I needed and notified me in record time when it became available--about 24 hours from my initial inquiry to move in! He keeps the property in top-notch condition. Also, the property's location is great--accessible from all the major roads though Orlando. Overall, the best storage solution in the city.
