Absolutely horrible experience. Tried to buy an auction unit from here (online ) and when we went to pick up and pay, no one was there. We tried MULTIPLE times over 3 days. Finally someone told us oh we do not have anyone working on site, they were fired and we have no one to replace them yet but we have a manager from another facility that lives on site and we are trying to get her to work there. The place is decent and the staff is great. but the storage space they gave us was horrible. we needed to purchase 2 locks and the doors are not wide enough for a lot of furniture.

I used spare foot to reserve and there was nothing said about the mandatory insurance. Also you had to buy a special lock that's a cylinder. I was told I couldn't use a regular lock. The good deal turned out not such a good deal. Bait and switch. I'm giving 3 stars only because the service was good. I was helped by Meishara and obviously it is not her fault the company uses this tactics.

When you are done with the unit and moving out make sure they close out the account before you leave the property. I moved out on May 30th and they still charge my card for the month of June. I have been callling customer service to get the refund for the month I didn't use but nobody have been able to help me. A customer service representative told me there's nothing they can do. They gave me the district manager number and the corporate number but every time I call they never answer and they dont return my call.

This location gets 5 Stars because Tria is a top notch Associate that made everything simple and seamless!! I arrived to find my paperwork ready and waiting thanks to the express check in. She explained all the policies and procedures and sympathized with my annoyance at Public Storage's fine print policies (required to buy their lock and initial mandatory insurance). Despite that undisclosed fact, she provided great information about my options and provided an optimal solution. Thank you!!

This place is a joke... actually I think the entire company is a joke. Just gave 10 calls to try to get a basic information about rent increase and they are putting me in a loop, they give me numbers that lead all to the same person that seems to don’t know anything about what is going on. It is very frustrating when you try to have a very simple detail about the service you paying for and the company fails to provide it. Honestly this company and their business model doesn’t qualify to operate in a country like to USA, Literally 99% of the reviews are bad... if you read a good review it means it is probably fake. This tells a lot about the company leadership that are more focused on making money as fast as possible than creating a sustainable business. The customer is always right, if you Have thousands of bad reviews it means your company is doing something wrong...

The units are clean, the whole process is easy and fast. I rent 4 units here at the moment and it never took more than 5 minutes to obtain one. The whole first row is tractor- trailer accessible too in case you need that (I do). Bottom line - very helpful staff, easy booking process and clean units. Tria is very helpful!
