Worst storage experience ever, I never even had a light in my unit and they told me they don't change out light bulbs lol. They also have garbage cans you can not use smh. Please don't use them.

There was a serious flooding when it rained on Friday. The entry devise is too close to the gate such that cars are having to "touch or brush" their fenders against the guard post or pillars.. They maintain Covid19 protocol in the office area. The visitors parking lot needs some rethinking, likewise flood control measures in the event of heavy downpours ,otherwise the place is big, neat and well kept.

After 4 years of paying insurance for my unit, Now after a break in I'm not covered for my things. They say they have cameras, but not pointed towards my unit. My unit was in a blind spot.😭😭😭 All my clothes, all my kids Christmas gifts, tv, tv stand and ps4 gone

Went to this public storage, a young lady by the name of Meshia helped me. This was by far one of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. She was very helpful, kind and nice. Most workers don’t go out they way to give good customer service. I highly recommend this location to anyone with the customer service I received
The staff here is a disaster. They close at 6pm on the weekdays however the property manager car is parked here but is no damn where in sight. No one can ever reach her when out of office and you can never get help because no one is ever available. I need to go out of town and I can’t even get my stuff. This is the worst experience ever, I would not recommend Public Storage to anyone.

Public Storage in Opa-locka is the best storage facility I have used. The young girl in the counter was very kind. You will know automatically who I am speaking of because she will greet you with a friendly smile, and offer your amazing customer service. I came in to pay the storage for my sister, and ended up finding a place to store my belongings when I move back down to Miami next month. The young woman Yadira, is very informative and takes pride in the company in which she works. I believe my belongings will be kept safe.The location is kept clean, the prices are right and with fast,friendly and informative people like Yadira working there I recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage place that is clean, safe and has people that care about your belongings.
