Extremely helpful and professional

Extremely clean facility. I've been here for about 6 months and I have had zero issues with the facility, staff or security of my unit. When I first got my unit, during my registration, the woman (I don't recall her name) who helped me was absolutely outstanding when it came to customer service. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for either long term or short term storage. I've had other units in the area that were extremely shady along with shady renters. Every person I have come in contact with, either a staff member or a renter, has been super friendly. Only thing I would like to bring up to their attention is the cylinder lock. You must bring your own or buy one in advance. I wish this bit of information about the cylinder lock was posted on their website. It's cheap to buy from them but, just an unexpected purchase that is required!

I moved to Colorado with no friends, no family, and no land. I didn’t know what I was going to do with my life, and I was a hollow shell of a man. That all changed when I stumbled upon this Public Storage. As soon as I walked in, Alyse was kind, knowledgeable, and put all my worries at ease. She was only concerned with making sure my needs were met and that I felt comfortable and prepared. Storing at this facility is the best choice I’ve ever made, and being helped by Alyse was the single greatest experience of my life. I’m a better person for having done so. Choose this Public Storage and you will never regret it.

This public storage was awesome! They made sure to call me before the end of the month to make sure I was still able to vacate so I wouldn’t be charged for the next month. Their customer service was exceptional and Elise was extremely sweet and helpful! I would definitely use them again if needed.

Worst, dirty, rude and in scary.

We were scheduled to move out the 1, but received a call a day before saying that if we did not vacate before 9pm on the 31st that we would be charged for an entire month. The vacate email sent states that that isn’t the case. When we went to return the keys nobody could be found and the assistance line went to voicemail. Andrea finally came to the front office, but was the most poorly trained customer service representative I have ever encountered. She was snide and rude with her remarks and was very inconsiderate. We will never be returning to a public storage nor recommending it. I also wasn’t allowed to get my military discount and was charged full price the two months I rented there. Awful experience and would give 0 stars if possible.

Pretty good storage but hard to get to.Well I wrote this review the next month went by twice during reg hrs no one around trying to pay my bill .Call in to pay and it's a 20 dollar convince fee.Then they raised my rent after 2 months and I was paying double.Went to pay my bill one day late and there was a lock on my storage they said was not theirs but it had a sticker on the lock that said public storage.I left to find a bolt cutter and she called me saying they had someone there that could cut it .Drove back and it was cut off.She told me before I left that they had no way to get it off.Looked in my storage and things didn't quite look the same .Moved my stuff out.

Alyse store manager has been fantastic. I've had the opportunity to work with her on two separate occasions. She is always clear and concise.

Best experience on this storage customer service was great information that I got that was the best thank you!!

The worst. Constant increase in pricing and will increase prices to twice the original agreed upon price in less than a year. Does not take requests seriously. The entire year we were there the light bulb didnt work and was requested to replace several times. Spiders spiders spiders!!!!! Lots of cellar spiders, hundreds. This was also a request not handled in any facet. Found some dead mice and water leakage occurred during my occupancy. Lots of pests. All my stuff is in quarantine and not entering my house untill cleaned. They seem more focused on making sure people dont use their dumpsters instead of peoples personal property, with cameras watching every single dumpster. The location is the absolute worst. This entire year was constant road construction forcing to drive in giant circles to get there. Road conditions are also terrible so anything fragile will break in your truck. The pricing might be tempting but do not get sucked in untill they address all of this.

I've had storage here since august last ur an definitely recommend it. This location is easy to find right off the highway online payments are easy the employees have always been great. My stuff is safe an right down the block from my house. Even the prices are decent for the size of storage u get for ur money.

I had such a horrible experience with her at this facility I'm pregnant and had 3 children with me and 2 of them toddlers and trying to unload my uhaul she made me feel like I was such a inconvenience to her and asking her to help me out and finding another storage place with their company that had the $! rental and the whole lock stuff she gave me a number and then took a 2 hour break I utilized the Irma street storage and she was Amazing she look for me one over the phone I was so overwhelmed and crying because I didn't know what to not familiar with area and having my children with the Lady I rented from on Irma was the best and I would recommend her any time and day

The lady running this place is completely rude. She has no clue on how to run their computer system, she can't get my confirmation to go thru and rather than apologize she is snarky and rude. After trying for 20 mins and helping 2 other people and making me wait, she finally called someone for help. She was even rude to the person on the phone she called for help. If I wasn't on a time constraint I'd go somewhere else.

I have rented from Public Storage for about 3 months with a great exoerience, easy access tgroughout my time renting my storage unit. Auto billing made monthly payments very easy tp pay. I reccomend Public Dtorahe for anyone short or long term. Leona is awesome.

Check in was quick and easy. However, Leona failed to disclose the ins and outs of all of the fees and add ons. Instead she just handed me the credit card statement and tried to hurry me through signing everything. She then proceeded to walk/coerce me through giving her and PS a 5 star review while looking over my shoulder the whole time.

My unit was broken into from the adjacent unit. Public Storage only has a thin drywall layer between units, so there is a false sense of security. My storage space was ransacked and multiple items were stolen. 90% of the boxes in the space were shredded open and I suffered a $400 loss of property. I will post photos after the police finish the investigation.

It was a pleasant experience with bob and lenona did a job well done with helping and showing the unit.

Went inside to return some merchandise I had bought at another location, and Leona was having trouble pulling up my transaction. She had an extremely sour attitude from the minute I walked in, and clearly had no idea how to perform her job as *I* was having to walk her through it! She also had a hard time listening to me and had to count my merchandise several times because she "kept forgetting". What? The office also reeked of stale cigarettes so be careful buying your boxes here as I'm sure they also stink. In the end, she couldn't do my refund and told me to go back to the original store, which isn't an option as it's way too far. So now I'm stuck with over $100 worth of merchandise I don't need/want. Very poor customer service, and very poor refund system on Public Storage's part. They say you can return at any location and that's a downright lie.
