Lorraine shout out to this lady for many reasons this lady deserves the utmost recognition she went above and beyond it was a very hot day I was very overheated and before I can even ask she was already on it getting me a glass of water!! I’m finally moving out! Yippee! There is really no where I can put my packed up boxes so this is where I landed. Hillary (sp?) and Stevie, aka Trish were really nice and just down to earth people. Their customer service was amazing! I got a good rate. The only real complaint I have is NO CARTS! I’m on the 3rd floor. Management really needs to get a cart for each floor, making 2-4 trips up every time I go there sucks.

Found my door broken. Tried to call the property manager multiple times with no answer and no return call.
Update they fixed my door.
Too hard to get them on phone since too short staffed. Pc program to enter me not working right day i was there. 2 doors broken.
However staff was very kind. Amber Molly, Michelle.

Amber was awesome to work with at the Public Storage in North Glenn, CO. So awesome. The stuff in the storage unit was placed by my sister’s evil step daughter and they left trash etc. in her boxes. Amber helped us out and was awesome. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee.

ORIGINAL I got this storage about 3 months ago and now I got a notice that the payment will go up. Im paying 135.00 for a 10x10. You have to buy their insurance or put your own. The new payment will be over 200.00. Time to move out.
