Public Storage is absolute hell of the storage world. Their business model is to lure you in with a decent introductory price then as you settle in and fill your unit and it becomes inconvenient to leave, they raise the price $100/mo. after roughly 6 months. 8 months or so later, they raise it roughly another $100/mo. I've gone from originally $140/mo. to now $340. This is not an individual to me experience, they do this at all facilities, as evidenced by this happening at a completely different unit I own in a totally different location as well. Like clockwork, at the exact same intervals, they entitle themselves to more of your money in hopes that you'll just pay it since who wants to empty a storage you spent a year filling? Absolutely bogus company, just like their reviews, which they CLEARLY beg for to inflate their rating and dilute the truth. This company is extraordinarily disingenuous and is a total rip off. This particular facility also has atrocious access hours.

Bill is the best! He really helped me out of a jam on March 17, 2024, and Bill went above and beyond in doing so just before closing time! Public Storage has an excellent asset in Bill, and I hope you are lucky enough to experience his dedication and commitment to customer service! No one could be better!

Excellent experience at this storage. I have used this storage for the last six months. Dianna at the front desk went above and beyond during my checkout to save me a whole month of storage fee. This goes to show the dedication of the staff in helping their customers even when they leave.

Pretty terrible place. The availability and access is very restrictive. Whenever you need to get a cart there is never anyone in the office...so you have to wait...up to an hour for anyone to arrive. Its very poor service. And finally note that the terms are TERRIBLE. if you try to exit and you are 1 day into the next month you are charge a FULL month. There is ZERO prorata amount back - Shop around and you will find MUCH better deals and service. Do not use this location.

I had to edit this to give Alana a massive shoutout. She was incredibly helpful and kind through my move in and move out date. I will definitely refer others here based on her customer service! Bill was a huge help with my move in and made the process so easy. This was my first time renting a storage space so I made a few mistakes that they were kind enough to rectify for me.

Alana made the visit really helpful and quick.. upon reservation i had so many calls from several advisors all trying to upsell or not listen to me what so ever. I had so many questions that were just not being answered but Alana actually helped out and listened. I really reccomend this location shes great which makes this an added bonus.
