This location is safe and convenient the customer service here is amazing Destiny Is always willing to help with any concerns or questions I want to thank you for the help over the years if you want to rent anywhere I would go with this location.

Public Storage's business model is to lure you in with low rates and then aggressively jack up the rent as soon as they are able. This is how they operate. Knowing that, we were customers here for years and dealt with the rent hikes by changing units every couple of years. This location, however is not secure. We had our unit broken into in July of 2023 when a gate was left unlocked. While the employees were nice, we lost a lot of stuff. What did Public Storage do to compensate us? They raised our rent by more than 20%. The employees here are nice but there are a lot of homeless around and they do not consistently secure this site. I would not recommend this site if security of your belongings is important to you.

Her communication skills are extraordinarly professional. She knows her job. Driving around the storage units all the time on her cart and is very attentive to the property. They're storage prices are a lot higher than what they were up in Stockton.

A few days ago, I needed to ask some questions at the rental office and met Nate. It was refreshing to have such a friendly, smiling and helpful person behind the desk. Conveniently located close to the capitol flea market, gas stations & stores. So its easy to load up & head on over to sellyour product. But, it only gets 3 stars due to the rent is too damn high for a storage unit!

Amazing service! There are three public storages next to each other and I accidentally booked at the wrong one, in addition to needing to upgrade at the last minute. Nicole went way out of her way to call and cancel my other storage unit and have it transferred so that I wouldn’t be charged double. She was even able to get me the right sized unit and honored a promotion from the other site. She went way above and beyond what she had to. I was very impressed!

This was a lovely storage facility or we had stuff stored for about 5 months. But if you're not going to access your stuff awesome, expect your entrance code to expire. We had to wait for the person on Duty to reinstate our court code before we could get in comma 2 times after extended absences.

I reserved a unit earlier in the week got email and phone call move in $25 dollar I wait to go on Sunday since I can't move until Monday now I am told I must have insurance my home owners might cover but can't check on Sunday so I have to pay plus I must buy there lock This would have been so easy if they were upfront instead of being deceptive and waiting until I get there I can just imagine how people feel when they show up with a truck full I guess I better check rip off report before I make a move

This location is amazing!! When it was time for our contract to end, we found ourselves with a bit of a crisis and asked for an extension. The manager Nicole was so kind and generous, and went above and beyond to make sure our family (and our stuff) was taken care of. She reached out to the branch manager for a special extension for our case, and she continued to be joyous throughout the process. Golam too was very friendly and nice when we went back to finalize our payments. I felt like these people truly cared about my family and the situation we were in - we weren't just another unit in their storage facility, and for that I am thankful. Thanks again friends at the Public Storage!

The place is dirty, the staff is RUDE, and they absolutely REQUIRE you to purchase Renters Insurance, as if they aren't expensive enough already!

I just recently vacated from this facility because I moved to a new house but Nicole and staff were amazing the whole time. So if you ever need storage this is the place to come.

Overall the service is great. Not to excited about the clientelle though, kinda shady, but i guess its the part of town? who knows! the manager Nicole is very nice, she seems to know what she is doing. my boyfriend rented a unit but we are not planning on staying long, just trying to find a new place to live, so for short term i guess this place will do.

Such a positive and pleasant experience! I dont usually write reviews but my experience at this particular Public Storage deserves a shout because it was so quick, easy, and painless. Nicole is awesome and super helpful not to mention very professional and informative. I have been stressing out about a move that will be taking place in a few months and I came here to inquire about rates and sizes. I was quite anxious about storing my valued belongings somewhere because I never had to do it in the past. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a warm smile and enthusiastic "Hello!" I would like to say the rest is history but not before I mention that Nicole answered all my anxious questions with informed answers and made me feel at ease. I left feeling confident and certain that this is the place for all my stuff! In addition...to make things easier...they also sell packing products such as boxes and packing tape right there in the office :) Doesnt get easier than that and with knowledgeable staff like Nicole...you cant go wrong.
