I was renting a unit from Life Storage down the street, but their rent increased dramatically for me (+25%). I had previously rented from other Public Storage branches and had a good experience, plus the glowing reviews of this location left me hopeful.
Well, I was able to easily secure and pay for a unit online in less than ten minutes. When I needed help at the location on a Friday afternoon, Brandon offered quick services and solutions, and was super pleasant! , I got the same great customer service from Brandon and another employee (apologies for not getting their name)! Fantastic experience, very happy to rent here.

I’ve been a Public Storage customer on and off for the last thirteen years. Although I never had a particularly negative experience in the past, my experience at this location was so far above and beyond every single
one of my highest expectations that my past experiences can’t even begin to compare.
Upon arriving to the property I was welcomed to the space by the site manager, Brandon. His attentiveness was amazing— I had barely even stepped out of my car and he was already holding the front door open for my mother and I. This initial impeccable interaction set the tone for the entire experience as a whole, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
On top of the fact that it is absolutely clear that the staff here genuinely care about their customers and the quality of service they receive, the way they care for the facility itself is obviously equally as important. The entire building’s interior, exterior, and even parking lot are impeccably maintained.
There wasn’t a single moment during my tour of the space that I didn’t feel utterly and completely impressed.
I rarely ever take the time to review businesses, but after this particular experience I sincerely felt not only obligated, but honored to do so. If you are someone in need of renting a storage unit and you value safety, security, and unmatched customer service — please do yourself a favor and don’t go anywhere else!

If you've never used a self storage facility before, I would not hesitate to call or visit the facility manager during office hours.
I forgot his name, I wanna say Brandon?, I apologize).
Anyway, He was very helpful and answered all my questions.
I would definitely go back to this facility in the future when I am in need of another self storage unit.
My only complaint would be that access hours are not very "accessible" for those that may work later.
The gate won't open after 9pm.
I know this is more of a corporate decision, and therefore not a complaint about this particular facility.
In general, most places will close around 10pm, a few later, and even fewer still, one will find a facility that is accessible 24 hours a day.
(The could be incorrect, there is one facility in federal way that will allow you to access 24/7, but only after an "appointment", so to speak.
I like the fact this facility has three floors , at least in the bldg I rented space from, which made the facility seem less dense from the outside.
It makes it easier when trying to find your unit for the first few times.
Easy access via the app once setup and the customer service is excellent. Just use the app leave a message and you'll get a call if you need help within a short amount of time. Also want to recognize Brandon!!! Excellent customer service and very good aditude!!!!

Loved the online set-up and move-in. I'm on the 2nd floor of a just-right temperature building and got used to the temperamental elevator already(it's slow enough to load/unload enough stuff to cover the floor space of the lift), but I'm still having problems getting the app to work and open the gate via my cell. 10/10

Elevators…not so much. However, the staff is great.
This is a nice facility reasonably priced storage but a great move-in special it's pretty much clean all the time the only issue I have had is one day there were no lights in the elevator at all and one day it just didn't work at all
Everything is great the staff is friendly willing to go that extra mile for their customers.
Madison was great, and was so kind in helping us get the unit we needed. She gave us a nice tour and made us feel welcome. I hope she can stay this federal way location
