Both individuals demonstrated remarkable friendliness and made me feel genuinely welcome. As a result, I am highly satisfied with the conveniently accessible and appropriately sized storage unit that I was seeking.

Needed to store some things in a hurry, had reserved a unit on Sunday for a Tuesday move in. While on the way to the storage my vehicle decided it had other plans. Couldnt do anything about it and I had to go to work. I pushed off the reservation for a few days, forgetting to even notify PS. Decided i was getting it done today, called at 9:20 am or so, just to make sure someone was there. Bejrome answered the phone politely and said he would be there until 5. I grabbed a bag and started walking to the facility. I got there and told him I was there to verify and get my gate code. He patiently tried to find my reservation, then I asked if he wanted my account number. I gave it to him and he respectfully informed me I had made the reservation in my former last name. He was so nice about it, didn't make me feel bad, or get angry with me. I showed him my ID with both names, he gave me my account info and I went to my unit. Bejrome was a shining star for me today. I was most impressed that I was able to search for, reserve, and pay for my unit within 24 hours.

Not as big as other locations. 2 floors of indoor storage rest are garage like spaces. Clean and tidy. Easy to access.
