Mr. Mohammad is a very nice helpful guy. He greeted me and facilitated all the information i needed. He showed me various options they have with different sizes and managed to help me with my reservation as i had difficulties in making the reservation. Update, 2 up to 4 stars: One of the managers or employees at the site called me. Francine, I believe. Seems she is doing damage control, and is doing a good job, too. She addressed all of my issues below. She put in a request to IT to look at the app issue. I received a reset PW for the app, and actually just added my original PW. App seems to be working again. Glad she called.
The app to open the gates and manage your account has not been working for weeks. Yesterday the gates weren't working so they had one permanently open. There is hardly anyone in the office or on site because they are often at other locations. Short-staffed apparently, but there is never a note on the door as to when they will be back. So you have to call up the main PS number and deal with prompts and someone who is another state and cannot really help you with anything on-site.

Excellent service in getting a light repaired in the unit. Great location and the app works great to get in and out of the property easily without a key.
Very clean spaces and friendly front desk. But if you remain in your unit for an extended period ( not even half hour) the lights will shut off and you have to go out into the hall to motion to the light sensor to turn lights back on, so be careful if you are high up in your unit. It’s pitch dark

New update - I got an additional temporary unit 11/13/22 and Pari assisted. She’s great, very helpful and has a “can do” attitude. She got me the maximum discount rate (verified). Older review - great location, easy access, not unreasonable rates, and excellent people (especially like Archelle, Francine, et al) all make this a good experience. they're easy to work with and responsive. I would highly recommend. It’s right across from Home Depot and right near the main regional Post Office so I know a lot of Amazon, Etsy, and EBay businesses use this location for their climate controlled spaces (they have BOTH kinds and I have digital temp and humidity trackers on and they keep it right where it should be). They’re also updating the place with clearer signage, etc. Long term user at this location.

Just wanted to share my wonderful experience I had at this particular Public Storage. I went to my unit and broke my lock from sliding my door up. I proceeded to the front desk where I greeted by Makajah. He handled the situation professionally and was very hospitabe. I highly recommend this storage unit. I am a customer at Lee Hwy. THERE IS NEVER ANYONE IN THE OFFICE! The kiosk did not drop me a lock and I was charged. I called Merrilee Drive for assistance. The person in the office told me they would be willing to assist me if I came in. Pari immediately helped with my problem, and my issue was resolved. She was very polite and willing to answer all my questions.
