This location in Roanoke, Texas advertises “Full Service”. Their definition of Full Service” is a kiosk. The person that comes on the line says self service location. No one on site to assist with any matters issues or concerns, yet yet the rate goes up to $400+.
It's insane that a completely automated establishment like this one, with no on site staff, has "operational hours" and will completley deny you access to your own belongings, emergency or no, because the automated gate is on leave for the night i guess? Clean facility with some policies that make it seem like the people making up the rules are on something.
Me and my husband rented a 10-20. It started around $260. Ended at almost $500. We have been with public Storage for a year and 3 months. We ran away from public storage. We moved out on the 4th of Oct. My husband and I called public storage on the 5th to see how much we owed for 4 days. They said the moved our move out date back to Sept 30. They said we are good. Have a great day... That was a lie! On the 6th they added $300. They are dishonest. I don't recommend them. I have rated this place 2 times negative. Please don't give them any more money people. The have huge rent increase. They are lies!!!!!!! We are looking for any lawyers for a class action lawsuits.
I’ve been at this location for a year and a half and the rent goes up every 6 months. I have a 10x10 that I’m being charged $211/month when the website says its starting rate is $95/month. The facility is very nice but the rent going up is ridiculous.

Renting process was quick and smooth. Had some confusion with my rent but management sorted it out as promised.
The charging of the lock upfront and having to go somewhere else to get my money back is reason enough not to recommend your service.
The kosik is fine but sense they can't return funds charged, not requested, not needed and not wanted. It requires more of my time to go elsewhere to get a refund and as stated before should never have been charged. My time is just as valuable as your profits and so no I don't recommend your current service model.
I was an excellent customer for 3 years, but will never use public storage again. I moved out on the 1st and was charged $183 for a full month. None of the emails they sent regarding my move out notified me of this. The lady I spoke to said it was in the lease, but as I said that was 3 years ago. Not only did they increase my rent by $83/mo over the time I was using the unit, but now they have charged me that already ridiculous price for an entire month that I’m not even using the unit. I will not recommend public storage to my friends or ever use them again. Which is a shame because, aside from the frequent price increases, I was perfectly happy. That’s just bad business.

Great place to store at it is a clean well taken care of property.
Really nice facility, contactless rentals, phone ap to open close gates, etc. i rented online, never went to the office, got access codes via email, moved in all without ever talking or seeing anyone. Completely convenient! Public Storage really has robust mature process making the rental experience a snap!
