This location is absolutely amazing! The manager Donnetta was so kind, helpful and mmade my experience wonderful.... I was with them for about 2hrs and had ZERO issue... All my stuff was safe and unharmed from the weather and anything else. I HIGHLY recommend this location mainly because of Donnetta.... Thanks Pubic Storage!!!

I never emagined that renting a storage unit would be so difficult. It has proven to be a huge mistake and inconvenience. I drove approximately 60 miles to rent a unit at a Richland Hills location. I found no one at the office when I arrived and my code would not work. When I attempted to fix the problem just to get charged the first month's rent a second time. Being a single father going to.college and working i need my money. I still have not been successful in retrieving the 2nd payment. The managment here is very unattentive and seem to care very little. When I finally got the code to work I got to the unit and it was nasty. No lock and I ended up having to leave the unit unlocked for the night leaving my things exposed. I am not impressed oressed at all with public storages. When my rental is up for renewal I will definitely go elsewhere.

Good hours nice staff clean. Good lighting. Cost is a little high but guess that's what it takes for the security.

Deann did a great job getting us setup for our storage place.

Deann was a great Help. We have been wanting the largest unit they have at this facility that they had when we moved into this facility a year ago and there were none available and we were put on a wait list and was told we would be notified when a unit comes available but nobody has told us anything until January 22,2021 when we called and spoken with Deann and spoke to her with an issue. And she told us about the larger unit that was open and that it would help to save us money and we told her we were on the waiting list and nobody else even kept their promise for that waitlist . But Deann was AWESOME. She was very friendly helpful and willing to help in anyway that she can. I would recommend any of my friends to come and see Deann and Deann only at this location on the days that she works cause she is the only one at this location that is willing to work with you and help you out in any way if she can.

Very nice attendant...the unit has a light bulb but didn't work. She said the power was off and has been off months. She said they are still working on it but they are not required to supply power to units.

I have been a client with public storage, the first week was amazing! We worked with Larry he was an amazing guy up there and loved his job. Then this new property manager a lady. She has harassed my husband and I multiple times. She is a major racist she targets us Everytime we come in here with dirty looks or rude remarks. Today my husband and I came to our storage and she told me there is to much traffic going in and out of here .We have a right to give our furniture away. We also refurbish furniture. When we stated we will come to the office to get the district managers phone number she got in my face 3 times saying well he's going to say the same thing! We are not breaking any laws or rules!!!! Then when I go up to the office to get the number all the doors are locked and I had to call the 1-800 number to get the district manager number. There is also other people who are running business out of here also a landscaping company and a painting company and a deisel mechanic. But we are always the ones getting harassed and discriminated against. This will become a civil law suit because we are at interracial couple. If I do not get an apology because there are three three other businesses who use these units for their company and they come and go every day so I do not understand why she told me I can't come and go as I please everyday.

The only thing that would have made this easier would be if they provided people to put your stuff in your storage unit. I did most of it online and then checked in with the person that runs the place. Who was very helpful showed me my unit and sold me a lock for it. Although it was short term on the capital of months I will definitely use them again.

Public storage is a great place to store your store. Their employees are great and the faculty is clean.

Had one of their units for a few months while we were securing a bigger shop space, top notch, no issues what-so ever, secure lot, and very reasonable people. Best part, is no "notice period" where as if you clear out your unit, you no longer are expected to pay once you cancel, where others require at least 30-60 days notice. Would easily recommend!

This storage facility is very expensive and rates increase often. Late fees outrageous.

I came here with a couple of questions about my already existing storage unit. Whenever I signed up for the storage unit I had a storage unit before and I never thought 6 months down the line I’d be so confused. I stopped by to talk to a representative and I found the new manager. I had to sit down and ask questions. She answered questions I didn’t even know I had. This storage unit requires a lot of knowledge or you will feel jipped. After dealing with Liz I felt much better and I’m sure she keeps her staff involved. I always deal with a young man and honestly he has THE BEST customer service. Although the storage units are outside the staff is knowledgeable and helpful with all things to help out.

I was having probs with the online pay and ended up getting charged a late fee that wasnt my fault ... well I called every office in the company and raised all kinds of stink ... She personally hooked me up with some one to help me straighten it out and got my account fixed and usable...and the late fee waved ... awesome job ... and thank you far all your time to make it work

Very good service. Be sure to ask questions on anything if you have a doubt. Courtney I believe is her name helped us out. In our Unit it did leak during times when it was raining so watch out for that. Sometimes no body was on site when I needed to talk to somebody, however, the customer service phone number can help, just make sure to call during normal business hours. If you move, you can move during the hours of when the gate is open til close. However, the day you officially move out, you have to let someone know during normal business hours and they will inspect your unit. Leave it as clean as possible. Any questions, call customer service for better info. The Lock that you pay for in the beginning of your contract is yours to keep. If any of your stuff is damaged due to water or bugs etc., try to take pictures if you feel a claim needs to be submitted. ' If need to get your stuff after hours, ask management, but it is not guaranteed .Hope this helps somebody.

I rented a storage unit there and they had a really good move in special. Good place but just make sure when you move out you do it before the 1st when your rent is due because i did it in the 6th thinking it would be prorated and i got charged a fuul month.

Been paying but locked out from get Army equipment and uniform...I rent from there been late and pay and the forget to take lock off a few days.. so I can’t be late 3 day but I can keep lock on extra day after I pay.... Spouse in the army we was late in November paid then paid following months . But apparently they cut my lock put theirs on and now won’t give me access til I buy another expensive lock .. never notified they cut my lock even when went up there in person to pay... horrible ppl horrible service and see they appreciate my spouses serve to the country ...

Worst service ever.. the lady there is very rude and lack of customer service.

If your retired and a senior or know someone with a devastating illness do not use Public Storage or any rental space for personal property. Storage is not a long term plan for personal property. I lost everything due to illness. Public Storage was demanding more money because the employees claimed the sell didn't bring enough money. The pain of loss wasn't worth the storage rental. I will not recommend using storage rental or compliment their employees.

The customer service is amazing! Everyone there especially a girl with the name of Courtney has been nothing but incredible. My sister passed away and they all have gone above and beyond with helping me through the legal process and trying to get a refund while I have been waiting to hear back from them. Words can not seriously express my feelings towards these amazing people during this grieving process and they have made it so easy. I would totally recommend not only this storge location, but the incredible people that work there to help you with your needs in storge units!

My storage unit was robbed, emptied, an entire life, and entire house, priceless heirlooms and priceless things of my children's.. just gone, and these people don't care and refuse to take any responsibility. But the worst dehumanizing aspect was, not one person even said they were sorry, in fact the regional manager "Michael" asked me to leave the property I was hysterical. I spent the last three days in the hospital after loosing my entire life. I'm too old and too sick, and now without the quarter of a million dollars in assets stored there where I thought it was safe. I believe it was the owners or management who stole my property. - Heartbroken...

I was looking for a storage unit and I haven't needed one in a long time. So I wasn't sure about what size to look for that would meet my needs. Once I entered the office of Public Storage I was greeted by Gabbie. She was informative and very personable. She give me many options and even let me know what size units were available at other Public Storage locations. She answered my questions on security, insurance and general information about this location. I would recommend Public Storage to my family and friends for their storage needs.

We had a very good experience. The manager was friendly and courteous and very helpful, telling us about specials and supplies available. She was efficient and served us quickly helping us get a storage unit that will be fit our needs and budget. The unit was clean and in good repair... the light works and the door is easy to lift and lower. Overall, the property was clean and free from trash. We were impressed and would recommend this facility to our friends to help with their storage needs.

The location is easy to get to right off of Baker Blvd. My unit is very massive for a 10x20, clean and very well lit. The property manager Lillian is very professional and very, very helpful with seeing that I have everything if needed. Will almost certainly be a renter here for a long time.

Friendly, very helpful and cooperative. Went to one location and all their spaces I wanted were filled, but they made me a reservation at a location closer to my home. I appreciated the assistance . Went to my unit at the Richland Hills location today. I was greeted by Lillian who is always helpful and friendly, but today she even went out of her way to greet a person whom I was meeting there today. I have had several storage units over the years for both home and office storage, but Lillian is by far the best personality I have ever dealt with in this business. Strongly recommend this location for your storage needs.

I stopped in at the Public Storage on Baker Blvd in Richland Hills. Where I was greeted by a very polite and professional manager. Lillian made the process quick and easy and made me feel that she cared about what I needed. She was helpful by being a great listener and finding out what I was looking for and then suggested the right unit to fit my needs. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others who need help with any and all their storage needs. Everyone likes doing business with companies who help you take care of your business.

I had not planned to rent a storage unit, but extenuating circumstances require that I do so. Lillian was amazing throughout the process and made renting the unit enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable and helpful, if you have any questions. She came to check on us several times while we were moving stuff into the unit and asked if we wanted some water, since it was such a hot day. If you need a storage, look into this PS location. Lillian is a great manager!!

Lillian did a great job of answering all my questions and took the time to show me a unit that was clean and move-in ready. She was friendly and a pleasure to do business with. The facility looks very well kept. I even saw Lillian sweeping out an empty unit getting it ready for the next customer. I would recommend this location if you're in need of storage.

If I wanted to give a review I would have done it the first time I was asked, matter of fact I would have done it without being asked, chasing me down and asking 6 times is not the way to get a review especially a good one so don't be so pushy next time.

Luke had a great professional attitude. Excellent guidance helping me to choose the size, even was able to get the location we requested. Very clean office and storage space. Competitive pricing and courteous calls making sure space is adequate. Lillian was super a couple of weeks later when I got in a jam she rescued me with a smile! the place is kept pretty clean the property manager is a pain in the butt !!! she means well though, it would be very helpful if someone had a key to the big gate the reason I took the unit I did was for the easy access for a truck I use to be able to back my truck right up to my storage unit other than that its a storage unit

The property manager, Lillian is great! Very nice person and willing to help however she can. So far we have had a really good experience leasing our storage space here. Well after the worst day of my life I had the pleasure of enlisting Lillan in assisting me in straighten out payment problem with my locker. She did the usually stuff but went well beyond to make my experience and my whole day better. My name is Don and I have been using public storage for over 6 years. My children have finally gone out on their own and taken all storage with them so I no longer need the unit. Lillian was very helpful and was realy sorry to see us vacate. I had already paid a full month but moved out on the 6th she said take your lock clean out the unit and leave the door open. I went back to clean out the unit and leave the door open however she had already done this for me. What a super person, she deserves the best.

This facility is very close and convenient for me, and the price is VERY competitive in our area. Lillian in the front office is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I've use public storage and only public storage. Recently, I found myself needing another unit, went online and choose the Baker Blvd. location. Picked my size online and made the reservation (prices where unbeatable :) ). I received a call back from Lillian, current mgr at this site, within 10 min. She was very helpful, very polite and knowledgeable of the unit I was interested in and other units available that may suit my needs better. With what I have to store, she stated the 10x10 would be perfect. Arrangements were made so that I may come view the unit and pay. The best part, because of our schedules (both our businesses closed at 5, on Sunday)she offered to stay until I could get there. Lillian is fabulous and I will continue to use Public Storage for all my storage needs.

I recently viewed the property,Lillian was the manager that day and she was very knowledge able about the storage units,she was very kind and has a very warm personality,honestly I thought the prices were kind of high but because of friendly Lillian was i decided i will be renting a 10 by 10 from public storage soon
