8/11 update, still no returned calls from the office Still being charged. Left ANOTHER voicemail today. Really can't un recommend enough. We moved out, cleaned and cancelled our unit on 7/31. On 8/3 I start getting text about monthly rent. Ignored it at first, because sometimes things take a couple days to filter through. Then I kept getting texts and warnings about late fees. I tried fixing it through the app - can't; tried calling corporate to fix it - can't; tried using the website - can't; go to visit this office again today, at posted hours - can't. They are not open, again. (8/9/2023) Talked to corporate customer service and it was just a ridiculous circle. At the end of the day, they want me to trust property management to get it figured out. (It's already been 9 days since we vacated). Called the local office and left voice mail for return call.Started off as a good experience. Really enjoyed the representative we dealt with initially (Angela). Something has happened in the last few months though... 1st rat issues and their lack of concern; now there is rarely anyone available during regular hours to take payment. Just made my 3rd attempt for this month. Sign on the door says open, smaller signs says go to another location. Last time I tried that location was closed too, even AFTER I was verbally told it would be open. 😡 I'll do the rest of my errands and then go check out that location on Trinity. , But truly- If you haven't started renting here, don't. Frustrating

Donetta from a nearby location helped me out immensely with such efficiency and kindness. She literally had to be in two places at once. She went above and beyond to get me in my unit . Later she transferred me to smaller unit and saved me money in numerous ways where it could have easily been missed. She always has a smile and genuine care she gives. Outstanding!

If I could leave zero stars I would. There was a rat infestation and I was there to clean out my unit. Instead of closing my account they have sent everything to collections. I paid through the end of the month even though I didn’t use it. Left my unit unlocked as requested and didn’t ask for any money back. Just that they simply dispose of the items effected by the rats.

I was charged for the month AFTER I had already moved out. The property manager Heather apologized for “missing it” and I’ve been waiting 3 weeks now for this to be resolved. It’s still not resolved. She said she had several days off throughout the weeks and said she’d contact the district manager who also had days off. Does anyone here work? I will not be paying a charge that I do not owe.

I don’t know who is running this store but they need to be FIRED! I was waiting a hour and 15 min for the property manager to show up to get my keys for my lock since the company changed mine out due to switching doors. As I’m waiting and calling another store turns out she was on property the whole time in a black suv with her boyfriend. She seen us walk up to the door pull on it and she drove to the back of the property. She then came back and still seen us there for her to once again go back to the back.. finally she had the dude drop her off in front of the door… very very unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone to rent here.

I met Heather from the the Trinity and Precinct location, she was very kind. However the Airport location in Richland Hills was more convenient, the manager Angela has been amazing with my rental at that location. I love the fact that the location was clean inside and out. Great customer service.

Myself and family members have used public storage several different times over the years and I have always had a great experience. UNTIL I used the one at 7601 Airport Fwy Richland Hills, TX 76118 customer service is awful , they are rude, they rip you off!!!! I literally had my storage for 2 days and on the 1st was charged a prorate amount 21-31 they have my keys and their 20 rip off lock that you can only use there! I give zero stars and will never being using public storage again or referring my clients to them!!!

Had to get a storage due to unexpected circumstances those extremely stressed out over everything and Angela one of the staff members there did a tremendous job making everything so easy definitely would continue to use them

Convenient location. Franchise assurance. That is worth 3 stars, but the on-site customer service in this region takes PS to the top of the class. Eric has been great to work with at two locations I have storage, and is definitely an asset to your team.

These folks took the money an elderly lady who's on a fixed income, then found out that she'd had bugs in her apartment, so they kicked her out after 2 days WITHOUT refunding her money. Her apartment was to be treated. Her clothes were bagged tightly in large ziplock bags. It was a 5'x5' storage. There were no bugs in the storage unit, but they didn't investigate. They just breached contract and kept her money. This is the character of the people you'd be doing business with here. I do NOT recommend.

Michelle is the best!!! Warm and charming. You want to park your RV here! Update, Dec 25 2019: Michelle is still the best. But we want to share something that concern us. Today we went to the facility at 9 am and found the door wide open. Tried closing it using our code with no success. We decided to take our RV home because we didnt feel it was safe to leave it there since the facility was unsecured. We just came back at 3:49 pm to try and leave our RV back in storafe but the door to the facility is still locked open. Who do we contact to inform this? Update: As expected Michelle took care of this. The gate hs been fixed. Thanks Michelle for being on top of things

They told me what and why i was paying for certain things. I like details to make informed choices. The lady upfront, Tre, was awesome. Very friendly and had all the answers to my questions. I'd say the only downside was the sudden sharp turn to get there but that's not their doing.

I currently have a fellow staying with me who has been homeless for quite a while. In years past he had a stroke and credits the different behaviorisms to this for his situation. He has a problem with his communication skills and looks rough because of slight inability to take his appearance a little higher. This storage facility has been his storage for everything valuable to him for some time and the people there I believe know his situation and have been wonderful in aiding this man as much as they are able too. I can't say enough about the great customer service provided early on a Sat. morning before Memorial Day. Hailey was so helpful, pleasant and just a pleasure doing business with. She went above and beyond. I'm from out of town and helping my brother with a last-minute move. Anything that could go south, seemed too. In a scramble to put his moving and storage needs together Public Storage and Ms. Hailey saved the day!

This storage location has a plus, you can store your recreational vehicles as well as your home furnishings. The first month is free, so if you can pull everything together in 30 days your overall cost is minimal at best. Taxes plus processing fees. I just wish it had overnight access, because of the distance to drive and work schedule.

Recently upgraded new entrance Gates new doors and lock system to each unit, grounds are well-maintained and clean, prices are compatible and maybe even a little lower than some other public storage's.

Very clean area. Gwen gladly took time to answer all my questions and made sure everything that I needed to know was covered such as explaining the special $20 dollar lock being more secure than using padlocks. I checked i out and agree with her. You might want to check other Public Storage areas for the monthly rates as they do vary. At this locaton there was a half-price promo while the other one close by offered $1first month rental for the same size.

They are nice and clean. Be prepared to buy a mandatory 20 dollar lock and Insurance.

I been in 3 other storages, but this one was my worst experience. I leased a parking spot for my enclosed trailer and it got broken into. Storage will not pay for my stolen property and they said they had camaras and none of them caught who broke into my trailer.

Absolutely excellent Customer Service!! They are professional and kind. We use them for RV storage and they have been very nice to work with. I wish I could remember everyone's names that I have spoken with and/or met with, but I know Tina and I believe Gwen (property manager) and Shauna have all been incredible. We are very happy to do business with them!

My mom and I rented a storage unit from Shawna and it was a great experience! She was really good at explaining everything to us and even gave us tips to buying a mattress bag! We'll definitely be using their services again. :)
