I've used this facility several times in the past. However, today I received EXCELLENT customer service from Shawntal(I truly hope I spelled her name right) I didn't realize when you make a reservation you have to complete the rental process to lock in the space. So this morning Shawntal called to tell me someone else rented my space. Although, she didn't have the same space size available, but she reassured me she had one similar. I greatly appreciate her assistance and professionalism.

I actually went the first time to complete my registration. Jaden was AMAZING!! She took the time to explain everything to me. She even walked out with "the storage challenged" and assisted me with opening the door. I then had to go a second time and upgrade. Again, Jaden was GREAT! Knowledgeable, professional and very nice! Go see her!!!
