I rented a storage from 9030 North Freeway. I have rented from Public Storage past years ago. My 1st storage was at this same location. When I went for the tour of the Unit. I was so PLEASE. Things had changed so much. Staff was Courteous, very knowledgeable in helping me make the best choices for my rental. I also got in on a well needed promotion! I had a smooth move in experience. It is CLEAN and WELL KEPT. The Staff took pride in their location. Customer Satisfaction seemed to be Priority. Just like I wanted. Thks for your Patience.

My move has been a pain but Lolita and Maxine made storage a smooth operation. The office was busy but they were professional, efficient and definitely knowledgeable. I had a ton of questions, I was indecisive but they made sure to make sure I was good with the unit, I understood policies, pricing and everything else I needed to know. They were patient with me and I greatly appreciated that.

Surprisingly lofty spaces for less than the normal price. Has at least two levels. Has buildings easily organized. A little difficult to turn in time to get into the correct parking lot as it is near an intersection and a highway. Rental unit was clean but slightly damaged when we viewed it so we made sure to take pictures. Pictures that I'm too lazy to post here, to suffice it to say that some of the plasterboard is missing in the corner, and there was some sealant that had dripped down the Walls and no light bulb.
But the space is cheap. Running at about $50 for a 4X 12. If we compare that to the ones relatively close by, you'll notice a promo for rent for a dollar, and get your first month for just the price of the tag / key. This is kind of a scam because they also charge you for insurance. This place possibly doesn't. I'm not sure as it is not my account. But I was impressed by the price.

Made a reservation online, and I had to switch the date. Went to the location and was assisted by Kristin after business hours. She was extremely helpful, she changed the reservation date was able to create a gate code, so I could move in that day. She was very knowledgeable and gave thorough instructions for entering and exiting.
