Place sucks. Find a local mom and pop shop. They raise your rates via bait and switch. I think I paid $70 at first, then $103, then tested me again and raised it to $133. After $133 p/m, I planned an exit strategy. Cost me 6 hours of time , labor ($80), and truck rental ($120) to get my stuff out of here. They know full well that it costs you money, time, and energy so you pay the price increase. I didn't bother calling the office because it was going to be an excuse for the price increase (deception). Industry as a whole is unethical, find a small business that won't raise your rates. I found one for $55 with no mandatory insurance.

Been renting here since July and the customer service has always been awesome. Clean secure facility.

She has been loyal and respectful for the duration of time she's been employed here. I've been renting this space here for a decade.. I've been a loyal public storage user for over 50 years.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I regret not using a more expensive storage option—these people are a joke. Please do not come here.

They both know this property like the back of their hand and always make my job so much easier. 10/10 location would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Very clean public storage and the place is very secure.

I have definitely had an amazing experience using this storage. Ms. Desirae at the front desk has saved me twice in the same week with my storage. Yesterday I accidentally put the lock on wrong and left the location, when she noticed it she called me immediately to let me know about it. Then today I came in and my lock was malfunctioning for some reason so I went to talk to her and she find the solution immediately. I'm so grateful for her amazing customer service!

I’m so grateful for Autumn at Public Storage. She was such a huge help. She assisted us with everything, from touring the facility and to purchasing the supplies. Autumn is super knowledgeable and made my transition so much easier. I really do appreciate everything that she has done. An angel in disguise!

I'm so sick of management change. It seems like ALL the lazy ones are sent here to get fired in less than 90 days... There was ONLY 1 ASM and she was awesome and on top of everything...I think her name was Paula (med. built semi short, probably in her late 30's to mid 40's) but dont quote me on the name... Unsure where she is but she walked the property dealt with customers, you knew she earned her paycheck...

Every time I go to this particular Public Storage, I get spectacular customer service from Desiree. She always has a big smile on her face and is approachable. She lightens up my whole day just by her mood.

My experience was nothing short of a disaster, and I wish I had heeded the warning signs. When I moved in, I immediately noticed rat droppings in my unit. I reported this issue to the staff, and they assured me that the problem was "fixed." Fast forward when I am back in the country— I returned to find my belongings destroyed. The company’s negligence is appalling; they clearly knew about the rodent infestation but chose to do nothing about it. And let’s not forget about their sneaky rent hikes. This Public Storage lures you in with attractive rates for the first term, only to jack up the prices once you're locked in. It’s a classic bait-and-switch tactic that leaves you feeling exploited. Corporate never reached out about the issues either. In summary, Public Storage is a poorly managed facility plagued by rodent issues, unresponsive staff, and deceptive pricing practices. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere—this place is a disaster waiting to happen.

Walked onto the property and I was greeted witha friendly smile and warm welcome from the manager. Autumn took care of all my questions and was very patient with me and helped me understand what each unit was and what they were good for. She even helped me set up my account and I really appreciate it. If you want someone who cares definitely recommend talking to her. Wonderful job!

Ms. Rachelle was very helpful I was worried about my things getting damaged from the storm and she said sure she checked to see if my unit was fine. It’s good to see good people that help like that.

This place is the biggest rip off. It’s straight up robbery. If you are late on one payment they double your rent on fees and threaten to throw your stuff into auction. Also cut your lock after 15 days and make you buy another one for $25. Will never again use public storage!

Desiree was so helpful. She was able to waive my late fee and also researched in order to lower my monthly payment due to inflation. She was so understanding and dealt with me with empathy. Great customer service!!!

They should accommodate longer hours in the summer, its a lot better after sunset if you have any work to do loading or unloading your space

Its hard getting any contact with the office. I left numerous of vmails/calls and came up here several times. No one is ever here. Iwas succesful one time out of the multiple attempts and they couldnt assist me because the employer was new and they remolded and changed everything. I was told to come back to speak with the manager and Im here been waiting for 20mins and still no one is in the office. I had zero issues until now.The manager never returned my call its been 3mos now. I honestly dont know whats next from here.

Called me and confirmed the move. This was nothing but excellent service. I was able to complete the move-in online it was super easy, and my lock and paperwork was in the unit. Thank you! Horrible!!! From the inside out. Place is run down and not secure. There are drunks sitting and standing around most of the day. Prices are reasonable but dont let that fool you.

The inside storage is very safe and very clean. Not a lot of traffic at all. Thank you public storage for doing your job of keeping the place safe and secure. A very nice lady did my process with care. May have to take her out for a burger and fries.
