My worst experiences as a customer so far have been at places like Jack in the Box and Popeye's. But my experience with Priscilla over the last couple of days was worse by A LOT! Yesterday when I called this location she unfortunately picked up the phone. When I said that I couldn't open my unit and inquired whether there would be someone to show me how to properly do so, I got lectured on how instead of asking for this service, I should have watched the videos online. When I came back today to attempt to do so, I unfortunately couldn't, so I walked into the office asking for help only to get lectured by her once again. Finally, when she walked me to my unit and showed me, she was walking so fast that I had to jogg behind her to catch up and that made me feel so rushed. She then showed me how it's done, reminding me again, that I should have done it myself after watching the online videos. And that her staff do it many times a day so she's surprised that I can't. In that moment I thought it was proper to tell her that I am no longer interested in the unit and I want to cancel, to which she responded by "ok then, put the lock back in the unit" as she was pacing away from me back to the office and screaming words at me that I couldn't hear because of how far away she walked. Glad to have cancelled and hoping that you consider learning from my mistake.

Not sure why Priscilla has so many good reviews. Every time I encounter her she is either arguing with customers who politely called her 'ma'am' and consistently yelling "I'm not old" at them, or at us about being on her lunch break and telling us "we're on her time." Even before she asks what we're there for and what we're trying to accomplish. Then arguing unnecessarily with my husband on the phone for 10 minutes about the lunch situation as opposed to resolving the issue he's calling about. We felt disrespected and assaulted by her attitude and her tone, no paying customer should be talked to like that, especially one that plans on putting all of their valuables in your hands for months. I've worked in the customer service industry my entire career, and would never treat anyone the way she does. Needless to say, I CANCELED with her and moved to another Public Storage which is miles further from my home just to rid myself of her energy. I never want to interact with PRISCILLA again and if I do, EVERY conversation will be recorded.

Insanely overpriced units. Increased rent almost 70% in a year. Ridiculous. Moving out in a month, we’ll see how easy that process is. Update: Cameron Burr with Public Storage reached out to me and made things right by readjusting my rent to a reasonable amount. I'll continue to rent with them for the foreseeable future.

The two agents I worked with most recently were absolutely fantastic, however, as a safe place to store your items, I cannot say this is a great option. I have had a unit for a little over 2 years now. I have three layers of "protection" on my climate controlled unit, one at the gate, one at the door to the overall facility, and then the lock on my unit. The code to the facility where my unit is never changes, and must be known by half of houston by now. As a result 7-8 units in my same building were burglarized. You can see the gouges from the metal cutters in the sliding door lock. You can identify all the units that were robbed by walking around and seeing the black locks that replaced all of our cut locks. MY stuff is gone now, so I guess the upside is I don't need storage.

My husband has a storage here I enjoy visiting just to communicate with Mrs Priscilla she has a warm and Friendly personality

Priscilla Storage is what I call this Public Storage location because she brings a personal touch to renting a unit. She has made my experience seamless since the moment I got here. I’ve rented at other locations and “uncomplicated” is not how I’d describe transferring to a larger unit. I would receive notifications saying I was delinquent in payment but when I’d call they’d say it was a mistake but then I’d receive another warning and ain’t nobody got time for that. I just transferred to a larger unit at Priscilla Storage and she was already several steps ahead with the way she set it up so I didn’t get peppered with anxiety inducing notices. Thank you Priscilla!!

Public storage as a whole are a bunch of crooks. They will raise your rates without you knowing about it. But, the property management is a sweetheart. She is very nice and knowledgeable!

Priscilla was very informative and polite. Any questions that I had, she had all the answer's. She was very professional & has great customer service skills.

I reserved a spot online and Priscilla called me shortly thereafter. We set up a time for me to come by and review the spot. When I got there she was busy cleaning but stopped immediately to help me. She pulled up my reservation then walked me over to take a look at a few options. We agree on the unit then finished off the rest of the “paper work” in a timely manner. Priscilla was upbeat, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. She made sure my app worked properly on my phone and watched to make sure the Bluetooth worked correctly to open the gate. The facility was very clean as well. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks Priscilla!

Had a couple different storage units in town and found this place to be incredibly convenient. Very easy to drive up to all the outdoor units. They have large size which is what I was looking for so a nice 10 x 30 very clean wonderful front office staff Priscilla and Natani are very helpful. Highly recommend this facility.

Priscilla has been the best on site manager we have ever had. She is always available whenever there is an issue. The property recently went through an upgrade on one of the elevators and Priscilla was very helpful in gaining access while the repairs were being done. The property is always very well maintained! Priscilla makes this location one of the best!!

I recently used this storage facility, and I'm impressed by the excellent service and security measures they provide. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and Pricilla is friendly and helpful. Access to my unit was convenient, and the pricing was reasonable for the value offered. I highly recommend this storage place for anyone in need of a reliable and secure storage solution.

There are two security gates to the property. The entire time I have been renting, I have never seen either of them closed. Clearly the mechanism is broken and has been broken. Each time I talk with the managers they say it will be fixed soon. Why would I pay to store my property where it can so easily be stolen? The managers park their cars adjacent to each other in the aisle instead of at the office parking. They block the isle so that n trucks or trailers can get through. I had enormous difficulty inching through trying not to damage their cars that were so inconsiderately parked. They force you to buy their padlock and force you to use the app. When I tried to cancel my rental it was a huge ordeal.

Worst storage unit ever . I went to go into my unit and the storage door won’t even open . I will be in contact with management for a refund .

I was treated politely by the manager Priscilla when I arrived but the cost of my storage changed the next day, I was signed up for autopay without my knowledge and charged full price after I was told the first month would be $1. Then, when I call to have this resolved the manager was rude and acted like she didn’t remember me. Suddenly no one takes my calls or has called me back. I would NOT recommend this location. Please look out when booking here and download the app to remove autopay because they will steal your money!!
