Had gotten this storage in last year until i found somewhere in houston to moved. The lady informed me that you cannot bring food products are anything so i just brought my kids an my clothes and furniture no food are drinks. Omg when i day that i came in february to get my things🥹It was nothing but rat are mice poop all over my kids clothes furniture…. I didn’t even wanna touch anything. So i left it in there an contacted the front on she is never available but so i had to wait until she called me back. Do you all know when i went there i paid to guys to throw me an my kids things all away and this lady stood in front of me an tried to tell me that was medal smh i was so hurt an frustrated. She did not have no kind of sympathy. Smh Won’t be back there ever again… Now we really have to start all over🥹 I have pic an videos it won’t let me post but i will find a way to post this storage bc this doesn’t make any sense

This place is a joke! I'm sharing my experience to warn others about significant problems at this facility:
Safety Concerns:
During my tenancy, I was trapped in a malfunctioning elevator along with other tenants. We had to call police and fire departments for assistance. This created dangerous conditions and prevented access to our belongings.
Discriminatory Treatment:
I experienced what I believe was racial profiling and discrimination during my time as a customer. Despite having paid my bill in full, I was illegally locked out of my unit on two separate occasions. This occurred while I was preparing to move internationally, causing me to nearly miss my flight and preventing me from seeing a dying family member—one of the most painful experiences of my life.
Poor Customer Service:
When online payment systems weren't working, I was instructed to come in person to pay
Staff was confrontational and accused me of saying things I never said
When I respectfully corrected the misinformation, I was locked out of my paid unit in retaliation
Despite documented attempts to reach managers David and Brian over the course of a year, I never received callbacks
Staff claimed to have "hundreds of notes" on my case but never followed up
Financial Practices:
Rent increases occur with unusual frequency—every other month—which is excessive compared to industry standards. The facility is overpriced for the quality of service and treatment provided.
Final Thoughts:
This company prioritizes revenue over customer safety, dignity, and basic service standards. I strongly advise potential customers, particularly people of color, to seek alternative storage options. After these experiences, I will never trust another storage company with my belongings and would sooner invest in private storage solutions.
I'm documenting these experiences and will be removing my belongings as soon as possible.

I have been renting at this facility for about eight months. On Christmas Eve, my unit, along with several others on my floor, was broken into, and items were stolen. When the manager spoke to us about the incident, she mentioned that she had been off for a week and blamed the temporary staff, stating they never do a good job. It’s clear that the person responsible for the break-ins spent a significant amount of time on-site, breaking into multiple units without anyone monitoring the security cameras.
While I understand that break-ins are always a risk with storage units, I would expect better security measures to minimize these incidents. It's concerning that so many units were targeted at once, which suggests a serious lapse in oversight. To make matters worse, when the facility called to inform me about the break-in, instead of showing concern, they lectured me about my unit being unlocked and claimed I had left items in the hallway. They even warned that I could be fined if I didn’t secure my unit with a lock, completely disregarding the fact that my belongings had already been stolen.
I recognize that theft is always a possibility, but I feel it’s important to warn others about the repeated security issues at this facility. If you're considering renting here, be aware of these risks.

I spent some time researching storage options in my area. Online, it is difficult to distinguish one company from another- except by slight price variations.
I met Chyneen at the 3703 Westheimer location today and her patience and professionalism while representing this property made the choice an easy one. The space I wanted on the first floor was available and Chyneen was able to show it to me right away. The facility is spotless, units are easy to access and the lighting is excellent. It’s a warm day, as most are in Houston and the interior of the storage area was cool and smelled very fresh. As an unexpected bonus, clean restrooms are well located within the secured area. There is ample parking near the building entrance and plenty of room to maneuver a large vehicle with a trailer.
I am completing the rental agreement today and Chyneen said I would have immediate access to the unit. She made my experience so much better than anticipated, I even noticed her addressing an established customer by name!

Brittney was working hard, juggling phone calls and knew just what to do to help me solve my issue. She was busy, but I never felt like she wasn’t giving me the attention I deserved as a customer. Kudos to her, she was running that store just like it’s supposed to be. Public Storage, treat her right. She deserves to be rewarded!
Terrible experience, had storage for over a year. Front desk lady is not educated enough to solve problems on her own and she is not willing to get out of her chair to check the units, they will also try to bill you additional months after the clean out because she is too lazy to walk and check if the units were cleared out or not. Would recommend getting staff that actually care !

The facility is very clean and secure with passcode entry to the property, lobby, and floors. Only suggestion: add a trash bin outside for things like empty water bottles after moving.

Wanted to put in a BIG shout out for Yessely Hernandez, the young lady that manages this site.
I had rented a unit at the Public Storage location on N. Main and moved out on May 24 - removed my lock and marked my move out date on the Public Storage website. Thought I was done till I received a bill for June! I tried calling and making repeated trips to the N. Main location to get this cleared up. Out of desperation I stopped by at other locations to get a hold of a real person. The only person I could find was Yessely at the 3703 Westheimer location. She was amazing - she took it upon herself to help me out - reached out the folks internally and finally got everything sorted out.
It is rare to find someone like Yessely who genuinely wants to help customers. My best wishes to her for her future.

Getting the runaround with other storages, I decided to try public storage this one was by far the cleanest and well kept had the most informative workers yessalee and Terrell . That was there. were extremely helpful and might I add had clean restrooms if you want a space for a good price with good extremely sanitary this is your place. Had a great experience at this Public Storage location. I booked the reservation online. Super easy, no hassle. When I showed up, the facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained inside and out. They had plenty of carts available, which made moving everything in and out way smoother. Parking was convenient, right outside the door, and with three elevators, I never had to wait long. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an stress-free storage solution.

35% rent increase after 3 months of renting!? SAVE YOURSELF the hassle and DON'T RENT with these people. My unit wasn't on a special rate or anything. 3 months after renting I was given 30 days notice that my rent was going from $140 to $189. This is ridiculous and a manipulation of what their "service" is used for. I will be moving storages but you don't have to make the mistake I did. RUN!!!!

This property is kept very clean! There are quite a few carts that are accessible to use. This location also has three elevators. Yessely helped me choose what size unit perfectly fit to store my furniture! Explained what the insurance covers and the cost.

Facility is new and very clean. So, I have no issues with the facility or staff. The price and location cannot be beat. I think because it is still so new, a lot of the spaces are empty. There are always carts around and the clients return or the staff does a great job of cleaning up after the renters. Either way, job well done.

All I can say is thank you 🙏🏾 . I had a unit at a competitor and it was broken into twice. I called the 800 number just to inquire about a unit I spoke to a young man and he explained everything I wasn’t completely sold until I received a call about 5 minutes later. LaTdia ( I hope I spelled that right) called me she was amazing she made me feel so comfortable. The next day I came to the unit and as I moved in I met Mrs LaTdia in person and Mrs Hiwot these employees were wonderful they actually walk around making sure the property is safe and clean. As I was leaving I stopped in the office and the lady were so attentive and it was at that moment I knew I made the best decision!!!!! I’m so pleased that I’m telling everyone actually I’ll be leaving a post on my facebook page and on my sorority chat about the amazing service I received today I’m going home feeling blessed knowing my belonging are safe.

Saw three different people at the office during the supposed hours it should be open, nothing. Not even the gate or phone worked.
EDIT: Disgusting administration charging me $35 dollars WHEN I NEVER EVEN WAS ABLE TO MOVE IN ?!?! THREATING TO SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR NOT WANTING TO PAY IT?? And the so called manager finally called a day after I already went somewhere else. STAY AWAY!!!
Trying to set up a storage rental here for an hour until I gave up. Insane sounding manager calls me to tell me to hurry up signing everything online.
I try to say it's not working but she keeps interrupting spouting nonsense. Half hour later I am forced to pay. I'm at the facility for half an hour and the gate doesn't work. I'm getting a refund.
Save yourself the headache and stay away from this place. She kept screaming about how everything is better online to just do it. Obviously anything would be better than to deal with her and her broken gates lol
Let me share how amazing this property is!! I was going to go to another company, but I was led to come to this property. I was met by Ms Beverly Banning- who was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make my experience securing my unit one that was fantastic. She exemplifies the meaning of stellar customer service. She is an awesome employee who takes her job seriously. I have observed her on more than one occasion and it has always been positive! She is a model employee and Public Storage will be my number one choice always because of Ms Beverly. If I could I would give her 10 the stars. She is not only building customers but building relationships!!
I just moved to Houston and I met the sweetest lady Beverly Benning. She helped with finding our storage and helped with getting the lock on. I’ve had terrible service with Public Storage but meeting Mrs. Benning changed my view of the company. Thank you Mrs. Benning, you are one of a kind!
