Had some minor hiccups upon my arrival but my stress was short lived as Barry did a phenomenal job providing best in class service, kindness, professionalism and a prompt response. I really appreciate him taking a moment to create a solution that put my mind at ease and made my experience at this facility a pleasant one.

It doesn’t have the numbers on the storages, but hopefully they will fix it.

Had an appointment scheduled with Jennifer for 12 o clock and I’ve been waiting here for 40 minutes with no way to reach her. Door is locked, no sign, no call, zero communication. Call center tells me they should have put a sign on the door and to just keep waiting. Complete waste of time.

Jenn literally made my day! I called and she handled my issue with ease and she listened to everything I had to stay, I was super frustrated. She immediately fixed my issue when I arrived and she took extra initiative to better assist me in the future. She was nice, Curtis is and knowledgeable!! This public storage tape is amazing!! I rented a space for one month in March and they double charged me, I moved out and they haven't pay me back called many times and trying to get a hold of the manager John and they don't answer me anymore, this is not acceptable and corporate don't do anything about it they told me to contact John 😡🤬

I had the most humiliated experience with the manager. I could not find my keys , went to the office explained my situation to the lady behind the counter. She told me that I needed to wait till next month for the only locksmith that they permitted in the premises. She was rude and very unprofessional. I told her that was BS. She asked me if you loose your truck keys would you go to the dealership and ask for another key? My reply was I would buy one. She continue to be mean and rude. I had no intentions on moving out of the unit but I did because of the way I was being treated and spoken too. I told her that with those customer service ways that she was using on me that I was moving my items out and I told her that will create lost revenue. She bluntly sais " you leave another. customer is around the corner. That was the Worst treatment ever in my 61 years. This was not my first time using this business but I will never use again nor recommend.

Went into the office the other day to make a payment, Robin was very helpful and had great customer service skills!

What made this place so awesome was the property manager Miss Veronica she did a wonderful job she explained everything and what didn't work she found another solution and getting another unit instead of giving up she worked with me which was an awesome thing so I can find the storage unit that fit me and still got the special that they were having I recommend this place to anyone also someone asked a question how to get inside where the storage unit is you go to Alouette Dr right at the end of the apartment complex Clayton pointe apartments and where the industrial begins you go inside of that little entrance keep going around you going till you see rooms to go outlet public storage is right next door go out on the surface drive come right back in to public storage

I just went to public storage in Grand Prairie to pay a bill where there was a sweet lady named Clara who was really patient and nice and had all around good vibe about her self. I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible experience!! After an hour and a half we left with no storage unit. Went to get a storage unit, paid for the unit just... when we get to the storage unit the lady says someone else stuff is in the unit & the owner hasn’t moved out yet. She stated that she couldn’t give me the unit or another unit for that price because we received the $1.00 deal once already. She was very rude and refused to help us even though she rented a unit that was already owned. I plan to go on Yelp on the bbb this is not how business is done.

I will never use them again. They increase the rent ever few months. Customer service is a joke. Then when I moved out on the 31st they still automatically took the nexts month rent out and won't refund me my money.

Stop at this location because i was lost came inside to ask for directions. Veronica was very professional asked me why i was looking for Uhaul when for some reason i was guided here i let her know my mother was looking for boxes and said we were at the right location, we just needed a few boxes but veronica manage to sell us 30 boxes and a stretch wrap. The service here is awesome. Even though they did have what I was looking for there was a steel pole in the concrete in the way of the opening to the RV parking spot and I could not get my trailer around it to park. Otherwise its a very clean and well kept facility. I would have take n the spot if it were not for the pole. Come check them out.

Just relocated to Texas and were looking for somet hi ing to better suit our needs for storage. Andrea did an amazing job to make sure that the unit we were getting was just the right size.

Great location and price. Andrea showed me the unit first to make sure it would work for me. Andrea was awesome and extremely helpful. She explained everything about the facility and security and asked if I had any questions. She made sure I was going to be a satisfied customer before I left. I had my storage for about 3 years, Publice Storage kept raising the rate, so last month I went by the location to find out why my rate keep going up. Andrea said they they raise them every 6 months. I told her I'll be checking out at the end of the month. She said that's fine. I moved out on June 30th, went by the office No ONE was there, I waited 10 minutes no one never showed up,I called no answer. On the 4th of July, I never I was passing by the location and stop to let them know I had moved out on June 30th, but no-one was in the office. I called this time out got a voice mail so I left a message. They called me back about 10:30am on the 5th of July and said I have a balance due. I explained to I had moves out on the June 30th and no-one was in the office. She said they will charge me for the month and if I don't pay it they will put it on my credit. I told her I will fight it. I called back to get the corporate office number and you can never get a live person. I always paid my storage on time the 3 or 4 years I had it. I would have kept my stuff in there if they did not raise the price. The crazy thing I could have moved out of the storage and moved back it to get my original rate of $84 instead of the $107. I'll never use public storage again. Poor customer service.

Great customer service by Tempestt. Reservations online were super easy, I was even able to change my reservation date very easily. No confusion. Only issue was finding it. Google maps sent me south of the 20. It is actually north of Mayfield Drive.

Horrible and will charge you extra fees even after you have paid your bill on time. Then they will call and harass you about paying the extra and threaten to sale your unit. They won't stop until you go to off on them and threaten to file a claim with corporate and the BBB. Suffice to say, I will never use Public Storage again.

It is nice, I have seen several dead bugs near my unit. I don't like the fact that I have never missed a payment or been late, but the rent goes up by about $12 every year! When I first put stuff into storage, it was $96 a month...now it is $133. The only reason I have not moved it elsewhere is because I live out of state.

!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!- The site itself is ok, BUT if you EVER have to call their Customer Service line, PLEASE let it be a Sunday, when you are in a VERY pleasant mood, for they are RUDE AS HELL! I repeat(& I called twice!) they are RUDE AS HELL! And was rude over THEIR OWN mistake. Never again will I use them OR anyone/company affiliated with them...BUYER BEWARE!! TRY OTHERS!!
