Reserving my unit was super easy and I got the app which made the gate access simple and contactless. I wish the gates had longer operating hours atleast til 10pm. Also, hope my rates don’t rise within the first 90 days.

The worse, please stay away from this place. I rented it since August of 2019... Price went up three times and I didnt even care, it kept coming out of my account monthly. I hadnt gone in about 2-3 months because I’m not in the area, I went recently to discover that the units in front of mine caught on fire and they knocked them down... Unpredictable situation, I do wish as a courtesy they would’ve sent an email to the ppl with units nearby. Unfortunately my unit is now infested with rats. It was soooo disgusting. My furniture is now ruined, which is why insurance is in place. But I called and spoke to Kelly, she simply read the “we ask you to have insurance...” I get that that’s why I have it. She had ZERO empathy and sarcastically laughed when I explained my frustration. NEVER did I ask for them to cover my property, but their responsibility is to keep a “clean facility” so when units catch on fire and they create a mess by knocking down units, it created a domino effect to affect my unit. I feel I shouldnt be responsible for a month or two of the space while I get my stuff out. She gave me a 1800 number to contact, they said someone else would reach out to me, and no one ever did. They don’t care about anything but taking your money so STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE.

I would do zero stars but you can’t. Never recommend this place to anyone, they said you are month to month, they a lie. I scheduled a move out day, left the curtain up with no locks, they still saying I left the unit locked and are now charging me for 3 months. The worst place to rent and also be prepared to feel stalk, because they will call and call you almost every day. After I left unit how they said you should. They have zero customer appreciation, after been a public storage customer for over 3 years, always been on auto payments, never late with my monthly payment. I rented at other public storage locations and management did good with me an explain if you leave curtains up, with no lock by the 1st of each month,make sure you left the unit clean, come to me, I will make sure you won’t get charged for the month, because payment goes true every 2nd of the month and I did that at this location but the manager don’t have any customer understanding and only care for their interest, not customer best interest. Do not rent here, you will thank me

Noboby lives on location anymore and if your stuff gets hit or stolen or vandalism occurs your just shyt out of luck .. not to mention they don't have cameras that work well nor do they cover much area at all ...

I rented here for 5 months at 3150 location. I jus moved out last night. Big rats destroyed my good memory foam mattress and other expensive clothes and shoes. I moved in my mew house and a big dead rat came popping out of a box I was unpacking. I’m very disappointed. I would put no star if I could Paid faithfully to keep my things intact

We highly recommend this storage facility. Deneen is very helpful. We have had no problems with rodents or bugs. We feel safe storing our things here as well!

This property is great, it has the best staff ever. Cheryl is one of the best people to deal with, her customer respect is above reproach. I even have to say that the regional manager John is a very nice guy and funny too. Phone calls are returned without delay, communication and instructions are given with care. This staff really cares about doing their best and they care not only about your personal property but they care about their customers (very rare these days)...

I made a reservation online and took advantage of their promotion which was $1 for the first month. When I arrived to the location I was greeted by Cheryl who was very attentive and explained everything to me. IT was HOT as fish grease, i have never own/rented storage space BUT dude i hope they offer some with A/C OMG Texas Heat is No Joke!! i was helping a friend and could have loss my life lol died of a Heat Stroke!

I was told that she don't have nothing to talk to me about because it was not going to be on my name. But it was my stuff that are going to be there. incredible super bad service.

Typical public storage. Gate was iffy and the isles too narrow. Staff had enough attitude to fill am Olympic size pool. I've seen worse, but there are better options.

I had a GREAT experience! Here! We had came in to try and get two get two separate units, but instead of doing that Michelle the Manager helped us pick the right space so we could actually combine it! We got a Waay better price! We were still be able to get a PROMOTION! For our first month! We only paid a Dollar! And we are very very happy with her customer service and how she took us around the property to see our storage options! Very great place and service! I would definitely recommend it!

WOW!!! I HAD THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE TODAY AT THIS PUBLIC STORAGE @ 3216 EAST PIONEER PKWY ARLINGTON TX, WHEN I GOT THEIR THEY GREETED ME AT THE DOOR, THEY HAD EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED... CHERYL THE MANAGER EVEN DROVE ME TO GO AND CHECK OUT THE STORAGE SPACE AND EVEN LET ME PULL MY CAR IN THE SPACE TO SEE IF IT WAS ENOUGH ROOM FOR IT AND THE PRICES ARE THE BEST IN TOWN EVERYONE ELSE I CALLED WAS WAY TO EXPENSIVE AND THEY PROVIDED THE LOCK AND KEY AND ANOTHER THING I LIKED ABOUT THE PUBLIC STORAGE WAS THE SECURITY CAMERA'S AND GATES SO WHEN WE MADE IT BACK TO THE OFFICE I WAS SOLD AND WAS READY TO DO PAPERWORK AND THANKS TO THE OTHER LADY THAT WAS ALSO WORKING IN THEIR AS WELL HER NAME IS KENDCHA THANKS LADIES.
