Aixa and Stephen were very polite and offered great customer service at this location. Was taken care of quickly and answered all my questions and concerns. Recommend to come at this location for storage unit needs.

So I have a unit in the Arlington location. Double locks arnt put on until the 15th of the month due to late payment. I had a double lock put on. I made the payment on the 24th of the previous month. 7/1 came and I made the following months payment. That double lock should have been taken off when I made June payment. Unfortunately staff was to lazy to remove the double lock from the previous month. This is my second trip to Arlington to get my things, not to mention I drove an hour away two days in a row because the lock was on there. I was told by a person to give them an hour and they will remove the lock and they never did. The lock wasn’t supposed to be on there in the first place. There’s no one there to help but a machine. And when you call the help number you speak to two people and there no one else you can speak to. Worst experience ever. I could have saved $91 and had my stuff but this is how they keep your stuff and make their money.

The person at the front is nice, nothing against the service desk. The facility obviously has a rat/mouse problem. There were droppings all over the unit. Once we got to the very back we saw they also had a leak in the unit. The ceiling was rotted out and the boxes around the area were saturated/moldy and smelled awful. I would not store here unless I used rodent deterants and saw the unit had no leak spots.

I am reading all these reviews about great service which all good until you really see what this storage is like. I'm searching for another unit now because this place is trash. My rent is a few dollars shy from $200 a month for a 10X10 which I would not complain if the place was not trash. I constantly see rat dropping and smell of urine. They obviously do not have pest control. There is another new PS down the highway that has the same size unit for a few dollars less and very clean. Please beware when renting from this particular storage facility if you care about your items in storage. Its a dump and the rents are high for this dump.

Worst place to storage your belongings. The place is dirty, smells bad and the manager never answers the phone. It took me 4 days to finally be able to speak with her and it was useless.

Roach infested, they raise the rent every 6 months and charge you rent for the month you move out (I moved out on the 1st and paid for the whole month anyway!) They lure you in with cheap rates on their website but they do not stay cheap. When I signed up they advertised $50 for the unit and by the time I moved out three years later I was paying $90!

I’ve been a customer since almost 5 yrs ago. I have never had a complaint about their service and with Stacie (current manager) the customer service it’s more pleasant. I highly recommend this location! To me customer service is highly important when it comes to spending my money😉. God bless you, Stacie!💐😀

If you need long term shelter keep in mind the longer you have it the higher the price will be. I had a unit for 1 year and 6 months. The price went up 2x. I started out paying $78 after 5 months it went up to $97 after 9 months it went up to $114. Not a bad storage place just wish it was a set price and did not continue to go up randomly.

We used a promotion on a 10*30 unit. Staff was friendly. It's never crowded. Been storing there since November though. It's decent because it's convenient. Wish they stayed open later though. It's still a five star deal.

I was treated well and appreciated as a customer. The rates and service can't be beat by competitors. It's all up to what you want at the end of the day. Smell of something dead & rodent poison-feed pouch in unit. Climate control- a big fat 👎 what a joke! I sweated more in the "climate control" than I did outside loading my things. Honestly, the entire storage facility is a joke. Do Not, repeat, do not spend your 💰 it's NOT even worth the advertised 1st month special. If you do then, find a better, cleaner, worth-the-price place before your 1st month is up. I'd rather give a good review oppose to this one-but something needs to be said.

I had a storage here for 2 and a half years ( yeah my own fault). The storage location was broken into. I got an email message to check out my unit, mine wasn't effected, guess what they did next... They said they cut the lock and I had to buy a new one to secure my space before I left. Mind you Walmart sells a two disk lock pack at $11.99. I was told Public Storage sold their locks at $19.99 for one and that's the only way my unit could be locked after they cut my lock that wasn't effected. Lawsuit in full effect!!! But the District Manager is a joke!

Rejena is such a sweetheart, she was very kind and helpful with everything i needed. We laughed the whole time in the office, great customer service!

Potential customers beware!! We registered for a unit via phone to ensure the very nice promo they were offering, we had driven by the storage place prior to deciding on them. While at the office the clerk assisting us hit a wrong key and our reservation changed, reverting to non-promo prices. We have the email confirming the original, guaranteed promo price and was ensured we our bill would reflect accordingly. Our fist bill came without the promised promo code. We have visited the storage unit on several occasions but the clerks are not authorized to make the changes but been promised a manager will call us. Lila, the main clerk we worked with had been very apologetic and spoke with managers twice while we were there, she was told that a manager would be in the office in the next day or so to fix the problem. She has since left the company and a great loss for them as she was very personable and kind! We have also left several messages for the district manager via the main business line and yet to speak to anyone. We paid the current bill so as not to incur any late fees. We are switching storage units and warning others to stay away from Public Storage's. Awful customer service and loyalty.

Horrible Customer service. I could not understand what the man was saying and when I asked the 2nd time if I could go online with my account number and pay my bill he got rude and told me he has already answered that question several times. I had only asked 2 questions and he said that then hung up on me. They also raised my rent without notifying me. I'm changing to a different storage company. Jerks

We signed up for a unit via the phone it was a real good deal, they were having a promo. We visited the property on pioneer and looked at the unit we were going to rent. While we were there the current manager accidentally hit a wrong key and our reservation changed and accidentally reverted to non-promo prices. We had the email to confirm it and they said they would change it back and we have been waiting for almost two months. I haven't heard from the district manager and I left several messages. I have talked to several lower level clerks but they are unable to change it. Should not take this long to change the payment system especially since they stated they would change it. We are moving out and never using them again. Really questioning their loyalty and promises. Do not trust this company!!!

I am a return customer that has used public storage for many years. I have met different property managers but Robin is outstanding! She knows about her products very well and is also very understanding and very helpful. It's hard to find good customer service now a days and Robin was one of the few that shows she cares about her customers. I would recommend this particular place to family and friends.

They dont support U-Pods, U-Boxes or anything similar period per their corporate office. If you use a service like this to move your goods, you wont be using a Public Storage unit because they hate them.

Very attentive, walking my wife and I through how do get into the gate, retrieving the push cart, locking up our rental storage unit and over all...I can't think of anything I would change about my experience!

My experience was great! I received a call almost immediately after I reserved a storage space online. I went to the location and met Michelle. She showed me the difference between units, and she helped me determine I needed the bigger unit. She simplified the process by explaining everything to me and made sure I had no questions. I know when my bill is due and for how much. Michelle was very professional and easy to get along with. I recommend her services if you need to rent a storage unit.

Came into see what size storage building I was going to need and see how much it was going to cost me a month and Miss Cheryl was so helpful I left knowing when I get my storage building I know exactly how much money I will need and I can buy my packing stuff there.

Kendall did had great customer service today she made sure that all my needs were taking care of.

I've been there for almost a month and so far so good. Brittany was very helpful in helping me choose the right storage unit, and she was very professional and friendly. I was a little disappointed in the misleading of the $1 for the first month etc etc ..... They tag on so many extra fees and some people ( like me ) live check-by-check so EVERY penny counts on my end. Other than that, the service at this location has been outstanding!

We have had a storage unit here for 11 months, & we've regretted nearly every month with them. We were lured in by their infamous "$1 for the 1st Month" offer (which of course isn't truly $1, but still less than a full month's rent). Public Storage is absolutely NOT customer- friendly. They are a corporate giant that only cares about sucking every penny out of you as possible. They will never work with you on even giving you a day past your late payment, no matter what your emergency may be, they won/t work with you if there is even one time you need an after- hours code, or anything, & now they have raised our rent by $20 claiming to have notified us by mail, even though we never recieved a notification of this. Now that they have raised all their customers' rent, you magically have no option to speak to a customer service rep at their customer service number, & the very unfriendly employees at the lot just tell you to call customer service. The only reason we have never moved to a different storage company is because we literally have our entire 1600 sq. feet house stored in our unit, so it is a huge pain to move, but now I really wish we would've delt with the pain of moving to another place, than dealing with the pain of this terrible company known as Public Storage. If you're looking for a really good storage company, do NOT go with Public Storage!
