Went in looking for a storage I was so amazed at how these two ladies treated me in the office, and how affordable it was also the storages are really nice and when they say climate control they mean it here I was so relieved after being in the sun and moving my items some on foot to step inside. I was so happy of the cleanliness and polite attitudes thank you both happy customer here.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Ms Collette! She was so kind, courteous, and friendly. I felt like I was talking to my favorite auntie. The customer service here is awesome!

We needed a temporary space to keep product as we waited for our commercial lease to start. Michelle could not have been easier or more accommodating to work with. We got in to a well lit indoor climate controlled space quickly and leaving the space and clean out was a breeze.

This location is so ideal since it's so close to home, I've lived in the area for years and I have never noticed this place before, they are a little tucked behind trees lining Bryant Irvin Rd. I've even gone to discount tire before and never noticed but they share the same parking lot! I really appreciate the access hours here, until 10pm daily. The last time I needed storage I went to a facility just up the street but their access stops at 8 and it was sometimes difficult to make it in time if I needed to go to my unit after work during the week. I was surprised at how big this facility actually is, it doesn't appear that way when you pull up to the business. The facility is gated and appears well maintained, no trash, weeds, junk or broken stuff laying around. I met with Michelle and she was very detailed and polite in answering all of my contact related questions, she seems to be a really capable manager. We found a space that fit my needs at an affordable monthly rate, I will say it is $7+ than the one down the street although I consider Simply's gate hours and location already worth the slightly higher price, not to mention the customer service, clean and safe facility. You get what you pay for, and then some!

Over 8 years and going!! Michelle is the best, at this point like family. I've never had a problem with pest or anything missing. If there are any changes, Michelle always made sure I was informed. The building is always well kept. Even with the price increase, I wouldn't change. You can't beat good customer service added with great hospitality. This location is the best!!!

This storage company is the worst ! I have nothing good to say about my experience. One exception ….the manager at the office is exceptional and represents with professionalism and good communication. They are lucky to have her. I have been using this storage service since 2019 and experienced the company change. It’s worse and definitely not worth the significant increase in rental price we have experienced in the last year. DO NOT RECOMMEND. So many more companies in the FW area. I will be planning to leave this storage service in the near future. The list of my grievances are too many to continue with my time spent here.

I am floored by the service provided by the front office. The unit I rented is priced fairly and even cheaper then others down the street. The location is safe and secure since is fully gated and there are also cameras which is nice for when I come in the evenings

One of the best storage facilities around. With top notch security, surveillance and 24 hour entry this place is hard to beat. Over 10 years I been here I never had any issues that never got resolved. Michelle is super nice and helpful and will do everything she can to make you feel comfortable. Cody is the problem solver, you have any big issues he is the man to talk to. Overall, I give this place a perfect 5 stars. As long as I have storage needs I don't see myself going anywhere else.

I’ve been in the area going on two years, over time I’ve been overwhelmed by more and more random furniture. Michele and Reanna were great to find me a clean yet manageable space for my extra couch and dogs kennel. This was my 1st stop and I wanted to check out other facilities but he made such an impression that I didn’t look any further. At Storage Choice-Mira Vista, visitors can expect timely, abundantly courteous, and that ‘more than just a number’ exceptional service that is oh so rare. I had a great experience. I saw 3 units and all were clean, swept, and no damage. I saw a 4th a few days later and I love that I can say the cleanliness was consistent! With Storage Choice-Mira Vista and Channing, I felt taken care of, important, and never rushed. They have their own moving truck and they also provide padlocks. It’s definitely worth the visit or a call just to get the details on those added perks alone!

The buildings were nice and clean. I love the keypad to get in and out of the gate. After entering my specific gate code, the screen displays my name, my balance due, and my balance due date. It was great getting to use the box truck free of charge. Channing at the front desk was excellent. He got me in and out quickly. He is competent. He opened the gate for me when I pulled the box truck in and out of the property. He made me feel at home. Great work, Channing! My experience at storage choice was a 10/10.

The On-Site Manager Michelle is super nice and helpful. I rented a storage unit on a day that the whole street of Bryant Irvin lost power. She was so helpful and trying to finish the process with me by any means. They also provide you with a lock which is a bonus. Definitely recommend!

Clean, easy access, moving dollies available. Michelle the manager was easy to work with and efficient. She helped me and even stayed after work hours as I came in late in the day. Excellent customer service and it was easy to set up auto-pay right there and then.

Terrible service worst storage experience I've ever had!!! thought it was okay when I moved in but turned out to be a nightmare! owner needs to post his number or some kind or contact information so that customers have an advocate when they're having a bad experience with the storage employees. I requested to speak to the owner through the Tx Self Storage Association and verified that the request was received, however, Owner never made contact to try and resolve or hear the matter. Had to have the police on an open line to verify I could access my space and vacate. The manager, asurred me that my code would continue working untill my move out was completed. Out of spite she left us locked in behind the gate as if she were settling a personal argument. Michelle is unprofessional and has no southern hospitality to her at all. Too many other places that do to waste my time and money on them. The police and fire had to come and the police code was not even working -good thing nobody had a medical emergency.

I needed to add another unit to my account at the last minute. Louis was professional and pleasant, and found the best deal on renting another unit. He signed me up for the extra unit; suggested movers that have "deals" for Storage Choice clients and reminded me that using Storage Choice truck was an option for an upcoming move.

My first time ever getting a storage unit and it has been the best experience. I would recommend Storage Choice to anyone. The whole process was very easy and all my questions were answered. I also liked the fact that there is security cameras and a secured gate.

Nice, clean, and gated storage units located in a great area! Storage Choice was conveniently located a 1/2 mile from my apartment so that made things much easier for me. They also have a kiosk that can help you make transactions if it's after hours which is also nice.

Recently just moved to Fort Worth and we needed some quick storage for our extra things. Called Storage Choice and was quickly helped in picking the perfect storage size for our needs. Manager in store was very helpful in finding the right size for us and also threw in a free lock to save us some cash !!! This place is so close to us and very convenient to get to if needed. I was able to fit a 24ft' truck into the back of the facility no problem and was able to move in with ease. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs month to month storage!

I really like this property. It's very quiet, clean and secure. I also like the way the access gate is setup. Easy in, easy out, and still very safe. This storage has been great. I am a college student and have used it for the past 2 years. It is reasonably priced and the workers are friendly. Offers kiosk outside if you don't want to communicate with a worker.

The people and facilities at Storage Choice are fantastic. They were extremely helpful in giving us plenty of information about our storage area and helping us find it. They provided us with cheap boxes and gave us tips on how to consolidate our items and the best ways to store things. I would highly recommend using Storage Choice because of the friendly people and storage containers all of which are in optimal condition.

Compared this location to another facility down the street. Although the other place was closer to my apartment, I am very glad I chose this one. Customer service is outstanding and the units are nice, well maintained, and secure. Well lit 24 hour access with elevators and dollies provided for second floor access. Prices are reasonable and very competitive with others in the area.

Nathan Sansom explained the procedures for obtaining entrance to the facility and helped load boxes into my vehicle. Great First Impression We were greeted by Nathan when we entered the office. Although we had previously located the site online, he was extremely helpful in explaining the various storage options. He accompanied us to multiple units allowing us to pick a plan without any pressure. The signup process was efficient. As a plus, they have truck one can use to make a movement of goods to the site with the first 25 miles free. Looking forward to a happy stay.

Storage Choice Mira Vista is a great place for storage. Jane Logan was friendly and very helpful. She explained everything very thoroughly and even took me on a golf cart trip to show me how the gate worked and where my storage unit was located even though there was still some ice on the drive. Our unit is clean and had the certificate of sanitation hanging on the wall. Storage Choice was close to us, secure and reasonably priced.

I love this Storage Choice facility on Bryant Road here in Fort Worth.. The place is always clean. My storage unit was very clean when I first visited my unit. There was a notice posted on the wall about how the unit was cleaned and sanitized before being rented. I have rented at another facility and they did not clean the unit as Storage had. Access hours are very convenient.Jane Logan was very nice and efficient when I rented my unit. She couldn't have been more helpful. All in all a very great storage renting experience.

I love Storage Choice - They are always open, never crowded and the facility itself is always clean. My family chose the indoor climate controlled option and it is always cool inside and there's a handy flatbed cart available so I can haul my boxes down the corridor to my unit. The place is open 24 hours so I can go around the clock and that is great because I work late. The lady that runs the place is kind and extremely helpful. I'd recommend this place to a friend.

The website has great tools for calculating storage needs so I was able to prepare all my documents before going to the physical location. Wow what a great experience. Late in the evening I came upon a great deal were a friend of a friend was selling some great furniture. I had no place to put it and most storage places are closed. How fantastic that Storage Choice has a 24 hour kiosk that walked me thrue the rental process plus I even could buy a wonderful lock. I Pulled up to the assigned room it was clean. Unloaded my furniture and left a very happy camper.
