My father’s posessions were STOLEN from his unit. He spoke to the policeman and they said there have been TWENTY instances like this at this location. There is a serious security breach. Warning to the general public.
BEWARE!! THEFT is an ongoing issue at this unit. 99.9% of my belongings were stolen within 4 months of moving in. I literally have to replace all of my items that I accumulated during my LIFETIME. I was never informed of the ongoing issue which I believe reflects a lack of compassion and negligence on the staff member's account. If you are currently renting here CHECK your storage unit. Oh and staff ALWAYS tend to have the doors locked during business hours for HOURS at a time. Of note, I do recall when I moved in, the property manager (Karrington) asked me specifically what I was moving into the unit. Not sure if this is protocol or not, but it made me suspicious. Even with this loss of literally everything I am still BLESSED! Just wanted to share this in the hopes that it helps someone else hold on to their belongings.
Unit was broken in. It was locked, but we got a message we left it unlocked. That is not true! Someone came and cut out our lock. Management came it and put a new lock. Somehow they re it had be burglarized and yet they said it was left “open”. Also, these people somehow got thru the first gated door into our space unit. This location is questionable 🤨 Be careful with your belonging here!

Very good place for all your moving service
My wife and I stopped in unexpectedly to get information the prices and size options of storage units and ended up renting one. The associate gave good clear information and was very pleasant to talk with. The whole process was pretty quick and easy.
I was not pleased with the facility. It's misleading to say your first month is $1. And then charge customers on the first for prorated rent. Because of this they tried auctioning my items and charged 160.00 of "liens fees & Auction Fees". I paid what I needed to and moved out. Even then after the storage was cleaned out they are charging another $106.00.
I do not recommend this storage at all. I tried getting the fees waived and was given the run around. When I finally spoke to the district manager he said there's nothing he can do. DO NOT GET THIS STORAGE ! ITS NOT WORTH IT !

CROOKS! I paid for my storage unit through the end of the month. I cleaned most of my stuff out, but Amy took it upon herself to vacate the rest before I had an opportunity to get all of it (I still had 4 entire days of my contract). She called me on a Saturday and left me a message saying I had the unit until the end of the month. When I did not respond over weekend, she then charged me a “cleaning fee” for emptying my unit that I PAID FOR through September — before I had a chance to even return the call and BEFORE the contract was up. The voicemail that she left me even states “you obviously have the unit through the end of the month.”
DO NOT RENT HERE! Terrible customer service as well. Amy was who I dealt with beginning to end. She was nice when trying to acquire my business, but extremely disrespectful when she messed up.
Edited to add: higher level corporate management took care of this and refunded the fee. However, it was not easy to access them at all, and I had to jump through a lot of hoops to avoid paying an unnecessary fee. It took several months.
I have been here for over 3 years. While I've been here all of the employees here have been very professional and helpful. Amy has been the best while I've been here! She has solved many, many problems and issues I've come up with while here and calmed me down on a lot of them. She's an excellent worker and very knowledgeable about her job. I am moving out finally this month of June and will miss her smiling face.

I've paid for a unit over a year and a half there due to a separation and my wife at the time put my things in her name and the only way to change it was to have a friend put it in his name. When I asked over the phone the receptionist told me all that had to be done was show up with an ID and transfer. We'll I had just made a payment on the 1st and when he shows up had to pay an extra 140 for the same unit. So basically I was given false information, double charged without being pro rated for the month that was just paid. Makes no sense! Also when they called me back she was impatient and when I asked if I was charged for two month days apart she says, yes. Unbelievable and horrible communication for a customer that has been there that long.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My ATV stolen out of there. Informed the office, nothing on camera, although they claim to have the whole place recorded. Just seemed like they didn’t care either. It looks like a junk yard against the back fence with old broken down cars and trailers. Do not go here unless you want your stuff stolen.
If I could leave a negative I would. Absolutely rude Customer service, they will hang up on you while you're talking to them. Have no regard for anyone. My sister rents a until and they are so rude. Happy she won't have to deal with them for long...
The staff is great and storage units are clean, temp-controlled, pest free and secure! Would not go anywhere else. I am a repeat client and I definitely recommend this facility if you want to keep your belongings safe, secure and in mint condition.
Overpriced & Petty. Mgr. tried to restrict my hours to only open to 5 pm bc I was late leaving by approx. 2 or 3 minutes twice. Manger sounded miserable and rude . HER boss granted me back the normal hours upon a civil conversation yet they will terminate if I am EVER late again. Needless to say mon of the thousands of customers I serve will ever get a PS recommendation from me or my team. Also, they are over priced and claim AC but it’s always just a couple degrees cooler than outside. Life storage is better

Updated Review: 2023 What a nightmare this place has been. Our unit flooded and manager quit calling us back. Had to take time off and drive several states away just to find a STILL flooded unit 2 weeks later. Unit was flooding the entire time we moved our stuff out to a different storage company. Save your self the trouble and just go ANYWHERE else.
Do not lease a storage unit with public storage unless you like being scammed. I haven't had my unit for even 6 months, and they're increasing the rent $70! When I spoke with the employee, she said it was company policy to increase after 6 months and I told her that that policy was not disclosed when I signed the lease. She then said it was in the lease that they could increase the rent whenever they wanted, which is true, that is in the lease. However, I said that the particular policy of an automatic increase after 6 months is not, to which she backtracked and said she didn't say that. Public storage doesn't care about lease agreements they will just charge you whatever they want when they feel like it.
Mediocre facility. Air conditioned units still hover around 100 degrees on hot days. The extra charge is not worth it.
Amy called to let us know our storage unit was not fully locked. Thank you Amy for taking the time to call us and let us know. We were able to come back to the unit and secure it.

I have 2 unit at $645 dollars together. And they tell me I couldn't parked the uhaul truck in the front out of the way. Until tomorrow, the young girl that work the office is very disrespectful and rude. They also have brake ends alot, that's what I was told by the older employee at the office. She was kind and respectful. I have canceled my other unit and I'm moving out on the 1st of April. We all as customers deserve respect when we are spending our money to have I property stored on their storage store. I have also contact attorney and I'm going after her for slander and discrimination and false report. I will be sueing her and Public storage company. For there employee actions.

They will raise your rent without telling you. Then when you give more than 30 days move-out notice and only use a few days of the month they will not prorate that month. The people in the office are nice, but that’s the only thing going for them. Also, the weekend I moved in 3 units around mine were broken into and they didn’t seem to care.

When I initially began doing business here it was phenomenal. However over the past year there has been a dramatic change in management. Their customer service now is HORRIBLE! Public Storage has been taken over by a new company. So, while they may have had great reviews prior to this one that good service seems to have changed since the takeover. After having our items in storage for months they raised our rates by $54.00 per month for each storage room we had. We have never missed a payment or even been late on a payment. This seems to be pure greed. When I asked why they raised rates they just said that you are on a month to month basis and we can raise rates at any time. The young woman who helped me yesterday was very friendly and resourceful. She assisted me in picking the right size unit for my trailer. She was doing a great job and had patience although it was busy, and she was juggling 2 locations. The manager also provided a lock for my unit. It was a hassle-free process. Great customer service and convenient location!
Great place to store items
Rented here before it was sold to Public Storage. Jyst moved out. Decent location. Easy to find and get in and out. Could possibly use a few more carts but that's the case at most locations. Clean facility.
