Wow. I just moved my stuff into this storage unit Wednesday (five days ago). Today I get an email that my unit has been broken into. I had the Public Storage lock on it but they said it was probably cut off. I've filed a police report and have tried to contact a person at Public Storage five times today.

Quick and easy process to find and rent the storage unit! The property is accessible and protected by security cameras and controlled access gate! Customer service has been great as well. Would definitely recommend.
Called because I was not happy with my rates since I have been there for 33 years. I talked to Ron and he was able to lower my rate which I greatly appreciate.

This facility is very convenient for me. Everything looks nice and well kept and secure.
Yesterday I was going through a hard time I just lost my husband and I put things inside of the storage and the most beautiful two young ladies was working that day, even though they don’t know what I was going through. I appreciate how kind it was and how sweet they was in compassion, and very respectful. I would recommend to go to the storage anytime when these two ladies are working I didn’t get their names but it’s up here by the hotel on 183. The most beautiful souls you’ll ever meet and thank you so much for making my day.

The manager, Tonya, is absolutely fantastic. We moved in during an emergency and were having trouble with the app. Tonya raced over to help us, in person, and saved us a lot of money as the movers were charging by the hour. Again, today, she helped me challenge a rent increase and was successful! The facility is clean and secure and the customer service is top notch! I definitely recommend this place for any storage needs.
Went to check the unit I had and everything was covered in rat droppings… no traps at all in my row or any of the inner rows. Manager had some placed about 2 hours after I called but damage is done and many of my belongings are ruined. Insurance max is 150 after 100 deductible. No response to my asking for some sort of reimbursement or deal and they just raised my fees… other tenants there deep cleaning for same issues… this property in Cedar Park has a huge rodent issue and I know of at least a couple others the past month. I have to say property manager I spoke with was very professional in speaking with me but as I assumed, the company does nothing. She was kind enough to let me leave the boxes and rat trash by the dumpster area they have locked away so at least I didn’t have to load it in my car or pay someone to haul my trash… do not rent a unit there.!
RATS!! a lot of my stuff are damaged by rats and when i tried to create a new claim with their insurance, they said only covers up to $250 but in the beginning they were saying it will cover up to $5000. it's has been in process for couple of weeks now and haven't get anything from them. They customer service is the worst when i asked for my refund , the person who was over the phone hanged up phone and didn't let me even explain. Don't put your stuff in this storage, it will cost you a lot to get them all back again in the same shape or replace them since the insurance also doesn't cover
