Got my 5x5 unit on sale this month when I found out I'm traveling for work on a very tight schedule. I've been able to fit almost my whole life in this unit! When I got to the building, I was dreading having to load the elevator with my things, then unload it upstairs, but there is a complementary cart! I was able to fit a whole carload on that cart! This made my move so much easier, and it's exactly what I needed to feel less anxiety in this crazy time in my life. Enjoy the little helpful things :)

A good place to store all your belongings
We recently had a breaking into our storage luckily, I luckily crossed paths with Emilio when we discover they broke into my storage
and he was able to find out what happened. He helped transfer me to another unit and gave me all the information that I needed to take care of the police report and also how to get a hold of the insurance.

Shout out to Lucy who saved the day! This location no longer has an attendant only a kios to get help. Lucy works at the Mopac location. When she was notified that I wasn’t able to get into my unit due to a jammed handle she stopped what she was doing to drove over in rush hour traffic to the Research location to help me get in. She also listened to all my concerns about the homeless people who reside in this location and come and go as they please through an open gate that is not secured. I have been at the Research location for many years and would not recommend this location. Go see Lucy at the Mopac location!
So far no problems at all they even called me to check on me to see if everything went smooth !

Nov 15, 2022: I decided to move my extra belongings from a different storage business. I chose a 10x5 climate controlled room at Public Storage after consulting Nattlie at 12915 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78750. It met all my expectations and then some. My room was clean and ready when she said it would be, and I always had easy access every day from 6am until 9pm. When I no longer needed that storage I recently notified Nattlie and thanked her for helping me get into a safe clean and easy access facility and at an affordable price. I strongly recommend this particular Public Storage location. It is easy to get to, and in and out when needed and it's safer since it requires a key pad entry code to get through the entry gate and then again into the elevator to the RENTERS storage floor only and then as you exit to open the gate again. Nattlie was the best and did a great job of making sure my transition into a new city was smooth. She maintains a clean, secure, and welcoming work environment. When the elevator was experiencing technical difficulties one day. She reached out to my job for me because I accidentally put my work shoes in my storage ad had none to wear.
