John was helpful starting with his initial phone call all the way until we signed the rental agreement for the storage unit. Went to pay my bill on 4th. My location was closed without explanation. Waited 30 minutes & called 800#. Told other folks waiting they said location would not open. One man said it was his 3rd attempt that day. Went to nearby location to pay and found Tori. She was extra helpful and tried to find an explanation. Took my payment and helped with another issue. Super A+++++ service.

We had a U-Pack trailer delivered to the Cromwell location and John was there every step of the way, making sure the trailer was delivered, had a convenient spot next to our unit, and was diligent on stopping by and making sure we had everything we needed during out unpacking phase. I would recommend this location to anyone. The units are well taken care of, the lot has easy access with the remote app, and I feel confident that my things will be safe and secure for the duration of our rental. It’s very clean, good security, a good way to enter and exit. The only downside is that you can’t be in there after 9 pm. Other than that it’s a good storage unit. They also have good promotions. I’m very satisfied with my unit, I have 3 way access where I can bring in and take out things in a very easy way. Also has a good drive way to load or unload your things.

My 2018 starcraft travel trailer was stolen from this property in broad daylight!! The manager here claims that all 3 of my locks were cut off of my property as well as the locks on the gate to the property. I have called multiple times to ask to see my property that was cut off my RV. They have not called me or given me or the police any locks that were cut. We were also told that they are not responsible for any items lost or stolen and "sometimes theft happens" I was told that they have cameras all around this property before I agreed to store my property there. When my RV was stolen then they had no cameras anywhere except at the very front of the property to capture the theft or see what happened at all. There was only 1 very vague photo of the person driving away with my property. Myself, my fiancee and the detective went to all of the surrounding business in order to get video footage from their cameras to try and get my property found. This place did nothing to help get back my property or find the person that stole it. I do not trust this place and I will never store anything with this place ever again. If you have property here, I suggest that you seriously reconsider leaving your stuff here.

Public Storage keeps raising their rental prices way more often than they should. They do not pro-rate if you move out early. They charge you for the full month if you don't close your account before the first. They take forever to answer their phones. I would not recommend them!!!

The manager was not nice she treated us like we were thieves. I understand having one person in the office. When she went outside to retrieve something from her car she made my 82 year old mother stand outside until she got back. I do not appreciate being treated like that. Needless to say we did not use them. The one dollar for the first month is a joke. There is a 24 dollar processing fee and you have to use their lock another 24 dollars. The actual first month is about 50 plus 75 per month. We were able to beat their price for the same size unit..

The new contactless gate entry is just another way for thieves to sneak in and steal. They already sneak in behind you and the employees don’t care.

Danielle went the extra mile for us. We have three toy poodles, we store our RV at Public Storage. When we were loading up we left out leases for our dogs next to our storage site. We called Danielle and she not only graciously went and retrieved the leases for us and held them until we returned, when we returned she personally came and handed them to us and asked about our trip. We know our RV is safe with Danielle looking after it too. Thanks Danielle.

I have 3 storage units at the Cromwell location while building a house. After having the 3 storage units for a couple of months , all 3 units went up in price significantly. Hopefully Danielle will be able to fix this for me. If Danielle is able to fix the monetary problem I will give more stars.

I'm very disappointed that Public Storage increased my monthly storage rate within 6 months of renting a space .BEWARE!!!! I was never told this would happen. It is in your contact. It is possible that Public Storage can increase your monthly storage rate every 6 months. This is ridiculous. The company would not take inconsideration we are in the middle of a pandemic.

She has truly been a jewel in helping me from the sublime to the most complex matters. Losing my wallet caused an avalanche of problems which then caused me anxiety. Karen was always calm and thought of the best solution with each problem. She truly cares for her customers and is always her same sweet and caring self. I notice each time I'm there how she cares for the property also. (I've been to other properties and they don't look like Cromwell). I normally don't do reviews and essays but I couldn't let this go undone. I hope you all know what a jewel you have in her and you're paying her accordingly. She's simply the best!

I was first introduced to this place because a friend needed storage. We were helped by Karen and another lady. They were awesome. I recently needed storage and didn't think of anywhere else but here because the service was very polite and swift. They make everything easy. I went yesterday, for myself and Karen was there to help all the way. She has great customer service and it's like a family so I felt like i was talking to my friends back from my home town. After talking with Karen, I was reminded that she was actually raised in my same hometown. Karen stated that this place is like a family and if you want that environment with smooth business, I would definitely try this place. Also they have good prices because when my friend was looking for storage we checked around and the other places had a bunch of hidden fees and extra stuff.

BEWARE!!!! The unit was fine, the workers were nice, and the price was good. We had our furniture and belongings in the unit for less than two months between our apartment and the completion of our new house. Upon removing everything from the unit we noticed at least 10 cockroaches. It should be noted that we did not have any food in storage either. We are now paying an exterminator hundreds of dollars because we have cockroaches all over our BRAND NEW house. This unit ended up costing us WAY more than expected. Very disappointed.

I have been a tenant at the Cromwell location for 2 years and I've seen a handful of employee come and go, both regular employees and property managers. Over the past few months 2 current employees have been extremely helpful unlike my previous experiences with the staff and property managers. Not only have they been a huge help to me I've noticed they exceed their job expectations by going the extra mile helping tenants and potential customers that call in with questions. Honestly Kristen is the only reason im staying at this storage company. She shows excellent customer service. Any issues or looking for a place come see her, if she is not here come back when she is here.

Thanks to Krista & Stacey (the local Public Storage managers)for quickly coming to my rescue when I needed trailer storage on short notice. Great experience - clean, safe, convenient. They saved the day after the Public Storage call center misdirected me to a facility that could not accept my trailer. A word of advise - call the local Public Storage facility for information and avoid Public Storage's call center! The call center representative either lied or was woefully ignorant when he pushed me toward a significantly more expensive indoor unit. (Hmmm, whaddya think!) And the trailer could not fit through the low door opening despite his assurance that it was a 10' high door. I was greatly annoyed because it cost me hours of chasing around town in search of an appropriate storage location and undoing the damage of a malicious or moronic call center representative. Thanks, Krista & Stacey for making it right.

Chrissy is always very nice and friendly. When i came to open my storage building she was havibg to deal with a very rude old man and she keep calm and handled him very well. Jobs need more people like her working for them..

I live across the country in the Seattle area, but the people at this facility in Chattanooga have been nothing but excellent to deal with online and over the phone. This is a good location for the area. It is right off of Hwy 153. My experience with Crystal has been super! She willingly worked with my daughter who came to inquire & sign up for me because I was out of state moving back home to TN. When I got in town she was a pleasure to work with in person. She helped me upgrade to a larger size unit and the whole process was a breeze. I am glad I chose this location. I recommend going online to sign up for a discounted rate also. Every little bit helps!

Went to get a storage unit an i visited Public Storage today and the rep Crystal was very helpful in getting me set up. The property is clean and the service was great she was very friendly. I think im going to enjoy using public storage!
