A friend of mine rented a space and I was there to help him. I will say this is one of the cleanest storage places I have ever seen. If you need storage in the East Brainerd area this location clearly takes pride in their appearance. The process was easy and my friend got his unit on the day of his move. Very impressed. I will definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone needing storage.

*SNEAKY CONTRACTS*
Nothing speaks more volumes than a company that will take advantage of continued services. Took a quick google search and reddit read to find out this company will hike up prices with minimal and sneaky warnings. Was so glad I asked around prior to signing a contract.
Be warned, read their contract and ask about pricing hikes before getting taken advantage of. And their promise to take feedback to management is nothing more than shallow promises.
Public Storage may be the literal worst. They will basically scam you with a great up front rate then a few months later, completely change it up and the monthly cost will substantially get raised for no good reason whatsoever. Just rent somewhere else and save yourself a massive headache, and money in your pockets.

After a few months they change the rate. Supposedly they sent a letter by mail.
You have the best site manager at this property! With any kind of issues, that I've had, solutions were discovered in an unremarkable amount of time.

Excellent customer service. Kim is wonderful. There is a couple who live onsite and keep an eye on things after office hours and I appreciate that. We’ve had no issues whatsoever. I give it 4 stars only because the parking area for vehicles needs to be filled/repaved with new lines painted and some barbed wire needs to be repaired. I highly recommend this facility. I love that there’s an app to use for access.

I went to the Cromwell location and met John in the office. He let me know there was a public storage closer to where I was working and would better meet my needs. He rented me the space I needed at the location that I should have had if I knew better. He said Aimee and the other staff would take good care of Me. Thanks John and Public Storage.
