I've been storing my belongings here for nearly a year now and tried to make payment through the app using my checking account information instead of card this time. Apparently put a wrong number in, was charged $25 for return fee and $20 late fee because it took a while to find out my payment didn't go through and then my $40 for the unit. I only knew that my payment didn't go through when i received a text message yesterday notifying me that they had cut off my access to my unit. This is my first time in a year that I have ever been late on my payment and it was all because of probably entering a wrong digit. Lesson learned to never try to use my account to make payment.
The manager Craig was very helpful and able to have the $20 late fee waived for me and make my unit accessable to me again. Thank you Craig

My partner rents a ten by ten unit here. It meets all expectations of a standard non climate control unit and overall storage facility. We make a point of maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the unit we rent here so as to lower the potential for rodent and/or insect infestation. Unlike in another unit I rented previously within a different facility, I have not ever seen even the first sign of any pests in or around the property thus far. I have noticed that the staff here are frequently adressing the overall tidiness of the vacant and recently vacated units as well as the aisles and fence lines throughout and all around the facility. The staff members we have interacted with since renting here have all been very polite and professional and helpful when answering any and all questions. We feel confident in the safety and security of our stored belongings due to the presence of a keypad for entering each individual renters' unique pin number on the outside to enter as well as the inside to exit. There is also neat option within the public storage app which allows you to control the gate with your phone directly from the set proximity rather than having to pull up to the keypad and manually enter the pin each time. The facility is not accessible 27/7. The gate will not open late into the evening after dark or before a certain time of morning, and while this has been, on certain occasions, slightly inconvenient, we understand and appreciate the limitations for their added security and safety benefits. Overall, we are highly satisfied with Public Storage ringgold rd and would be likely to recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to store their stuff for a reasonable rate.
I rate this facility 5๐๐๐๐๐ because of Craig's professionalism and integrity. The office management at Property #27902 in East Ridge is always very professional, extremely helpful, courteous, and willing to answer all of our stupid questions with a smile. Thanks, Craig & Katie for helping us feel at ease about storing our belongings at your location instead of the competitor's business. We are very pleased with the lock you sold us as well. We look forward to continue doing business with Public Storage for years to come.

The only issue I have is with the hours of operation as they close at 9pm - 6am...which is not necessarily too bad, but have needed access after 9 pm and was unable to.

It's an easy process. The staff know all the information and communicate well. The locker no longer has lighting. That is not ideal but the price is right.

I had checked around different places they all had a catch, adding extra fees and the prices were outrageous.
