Kym was again very helpful to me at both 925 and 1005 route 70 locations in Brick, as I moved things from one to the other. Especially making sure I was not charged an extra fee or month since I returned to remove the lock a day after old location's expiration date. Also she gladly helped me remove some discarded items. The facility is clean, neat and well laid out. My only complaint is that the app to open the front gate was not functioning properly. I called and was told it's an ongoing issue if the power goes out and that IT would be notified.

EDIT: They raised the rate by $65 after 6 months without warning. Lightning strike on the route 88 gate has not been fixed since September. The gate was left open for over a week so anyone could enter/exit the facility. The gate still does not function
