Tiffany was so kind & helpful with getting us setup and aware of what we were basically signing too. Very knowledgeable & kind. Do take note that access to your lot is from 6AM - 9PM. I work second shift so I won't be able to access this until the weekends, but I don't mind! They have good surveillance system & security precautions around the premises. 10/10 Reccomend!

Tiffany at the Ramsey location is absolutely fantastic! Her professionalism and customer service is above and beyond! Similar to other comments, I ran into a system issues that would not allow me to complete my reservation. The system was showing no availability even though the unit was available Tiffany spent two long days facilitating client support calls, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I was on a tight schedule, so she met me on her day off, the Friday before Christmas, to manually complete the order. Then as things go, the space between the buildings was not wide enough to turn a 28 foot travel trailer. She worked immediately to remedy the situation. I can't recommend her or this facility enough! The grounds are well kept and the unit was spotless!

I never know what to say in these reviews, so I'll start with what happened. I had made several mistakes booking a Storage locker. So I drove to Public Storage this morning and when I met Melody she Immediately took all my stress away. And was able to set me up with a 10 by 10 storage locker In about 15 mins. I have to give this place a 5 out of 5 star review, because they deserve a 10. Melody was my angle this morning, when I had no storage. Little did I know, I also had no truck, but she still made my day, I was a lot less stressed when I left Melody. Thank you Melody.😊 Updated review. Don't trust these people, they will raise your rent, not tell you. Which will set you up for last payments. And failure. Then they will keep adding fees after fees. You'll never get caught up, and then they will go in for the kill. And sell your locker, for a unreasonable amount of 140.00 when you only owed them 25.00 and that amount was due to fees. Then they claim you still owe them 200.00 and some dollars after it goes to auction. This place is the worst bussiness I've ever ìn countered. I strongly recommend don't do business with them. They can rot in hell as far as I'm concerned. The workers there. Have so much bad karma coming to them for lying to your face. Unbelievable totally unbelievable business practices.

Jessica at the Ramsey, MN Public Storage location is great! Her service, professionalism, customer-focus and problem solving skills are 100% ! A+! I needed to get a unit rented remotely and ran into a system issues that were going to require me to drive 4 hours to be there in person to rent it. After 2 long client support calls (both representatives were very good- but were not able to find a solution) I decided to call back and try one more time the following day. Thankfully, Jessica was at that location that day and she figured out a way to get the online rental feature to work. She was patient, thoughtful and I so much appreciate that she took time to dig in and figure out a resolution. Thank you!

Do Not use this facility! If your willing to drive outside of the city 25 minutes you can whatever unit size you need for a third of the price. This place has raised my monthly charges from 113.00 2 years ago to 157.00 they rip people off!

We had used a Public Storage a couple years ago, but this one is much closer to our new home. Krystal put up with us because I was learning how to do all the things we can do now, online, and I wasn’t getting it right. She continued helping until we finally got it perfect! Getting in and out with the iPhone is VERY convenient, and paying the bill online will be simple as well. Thanks!

Today is my last day renting from this facility. The last three days I’ve been denied access through gate with a message saying to see manager. All three times I’ve waited over an hour for an employee to show their face with no luck. This was during regular business hours, have also left multiple messages via phone(can’t get anyone to answer) with no reply. Even if this is resolved today I’d be overwhelmed with getting everything out before end of day because this is a 10x30. There’s absolutely no excuse for the unprofessional nature at which I’m being treated with no explanation.

My rent went up from $110 to $150 and Melody, a property manager, helped me do decrease it back to $110. I'm very happy with her service.

Unit was great, clean, and well secured. Facility staff is amazing. Melody made the process of vacating the unit very easy so I wouldn’t get charged for the first of the month. Only negative I have about it is that the price jumped about 30 dollars within 3 months due to originally getting promotional pricing, which the property manager did inform me would happen. It’s just the thought of it getting that far away from the original price was a little disappointing. Stored here for 11 months and would definitely store again.
