Alan at the New Hope location was great to work with. He was knowledgeable about the different options and services available and made signing up an easy process. Very pleased with his customer service and will be recommending this place to family/friends in the area if the ever need storage.

month by month contract that they can raise your rate anytime and increase your that rate as high as they want. That special rate you get could go up in a matter of 6 months. RENTERS BEWARE !!!!!!!! By the way Alan at this location is excellent to deal with. My beef is with Public Storage corporation who controls the rate increases. HERE IS THE RESPONSE YOU WILL GIVE:: thank you for leaving us feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a positive one and will share this with the management there.

Alan is a gem and wonderful person! He has been so patient, kind and knowledgeable. I ended up with a complication in renting my units and he worked tirelessly to help me numerous times. He cares about his job and his facility. If you need a place, go work with Alan! Truly fantastic!

It can be a challenge to get to your unit if several other people are trying to service theirs, it’s a very cramped space. Without notice, they jacked my rates almost 40%. I’m sure no notice changes are buried somewhere in the service agreement, that is a ridiculously high price change. Their website and customer service are not very helpful.

When I am in the building Alan always says hello and checks in with me to be sure things are all right. So far storing there has been very easy. I would definitely recommend storing at this facility to my friends and family.

Great service provided by Alan at Public Storage! The online process was a breeze. Picked a unit, paid, and had my access code in mere seconds. Alan had my lock and paperwork in the locker before I could even drive the 2 miles to the storage unit. I highly recommend this location!

It's was all good until the day 1ST snow fall the units had water everywhere some of box's got wet 161 147 was over charge twice n didnt get refunded as promised by the manager MY card was charged for rosalee. I want my money refunded end of story! THX U VERY MUCH

This location is infested by clothing moths and while I have been complaining about it for now 3 weeks, nothing has been done even if management assured me a pest company was taking care of it.

Our family has a medium size unit we’ve had for years, the customer service is always great, but recently I went in to pay the bill and was greeted Alicia, who gave a wow experience, wanted to know if I had any concerns and she was here for my support. She seems to be a great addition to your team. Thanks for always providing a clean and safe storage unit for my family.

David was very helpful. Wasn’t able to get a space today, but he let me know all of my options for when I come back.

Increased our monthly fee by $45, and the service's that were, and are provided, haven't changed at all or I haven't seen anything at all to warrent such a large increase to our monthly charges. Friendly and very helpful staff, but getting to expensive for us to stay renting. Cheaper places out there to pick from. If anything, we should be getting a discount for the corner storage area but with only 1/2 size door for access, not a full size garage door like the other's get for their same size units!!

I just wanted to say that I rent space from the 23rd and Winnetka location and I don't know what I would have done without Tiana she works at the one on 50th Winnetka there was no employee at my location and I was not informed that there wouldn't be anybody there and I knew I needed my lock cut off so when I got there nobody was there so I called the number and it transferred me to Tiana at a different location not only did she come to try to open the lock for me which it didn't work so she has set me up an appointment to get the lock cut off with a district manager she's been in contact with me multiple times I loved her customer service she definitely deserves appreciation and credit for the fact that she didn't have to help me considering I'm not at her location but she went above and beyond her job to help me I'm very grateful and I want wanted public storage to know the only reason I'm going to stay a customer with public storage in because of Tiana she deserves a pat on the back and a pay raise because its employees like her that keeps you guys in business

Prices are too high. Look around, I assure you they are charging too much. Even with the deals. They also change the price 3 months into being there. Most places won't change until 6 months

My experience at Public Storage at the 5040 Winnetka Avenue location in New Hope, Mn has been beyond exceptional. Tiana, who is the location manager, has been more that helpful and kind in assisting me in my storage needs. She goes that extra mile to make sure that everything is done correctly. She has been a joy to work with and I would highly recommend this location.

Grumpy staff. Customer Bathrooms have been closed for months First month was free though and access is pretty good. Better than the office hours which are what is posted online as being the hour's of operation. I am not sure but I think access is actually 6am-9pm

Great price ($150 for two months), the manager was fast and helpful during move-in, and it’s been dead simple getting all my stuff in. Highly recommended for anyone doing a move and needs some space to put their stuff for showings. Would use them again

Great experience at New Hope Public Storage! When I came in to set up my rental, Emily took care of me from start to finish. I appreciated her taking me up to the unit, explaining the elevator system, describing options, and making sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. Back in the office, she clearly laid out the paperwork and talked me through payments and other obligations. The place itself is clean and secure. I moved my stuff in and left feeling good about everything. Thanks, Emily, for the excellent service. You're the best!

I began with two separate units, one on each floor. When a larger unit became available, the two were combined. Sarah was especially helpful with this move. I am now leaving storage for a permanent home. I cannot say enough good things that Sarah and Jakayla helped me to do to make this a smooth transition to the very large moving truck. I have to say i enjoy the fact that when i walk into the office and I see Sarah and JaKayla working. They are very professional and personable. I like the fact they know my name, and are eager to help with any isues or comments. I have had issues with payments on my locker and Sarah was there on the phone or in person trying to help and make me informed of what was happening. I have dealt with a lot of managers and employees and i have to say the managers and employees (i.e. Sarah and JaKayla) at this location are top notch!!! I highly recommend if you need extra storage stop in and see Sarah or any of her staff and they will treat you right. Thanks Sarah for all that you do!!! Got a billing issue resolved once I spoke with the regional manager. The only issue I have with this place is that the carts are only available from 9AM - 6PM. If you work a normal hours job, you only have an hour to use the carts. Otherwise, they are locked up. I went to make a delivery of stuff to the storage unit today (Thurs 4/25/19 at 9:45AM) and the office was shut down for two hours for a meeting. That means no carts and unable to pay my bill. Won't use the online system again for billing since too many errors happen with it. Just a heads up. Otherwise, fine.
